Went in to the Shelbyville store Sunday morning to buy cracked corn to find a empty pallet ask a young lady if they had any in back room. She Went in back and came out to tell me they didn't have any but would have some Monday morning cause they get a delivery Sunday night with feed on it. Well just so happens I was back in town at 5 :30 Sunday evening so I decided to just Go in and check. What do I find a pallet of cracked corn sitting where the empty pallet that morning. I ask another employee there if they had already got there truck and he says no so l ask where did that pallet of cracked corn come from and he said aw l pulled it out of back room earlier today. That's when I told him that I was told it wouldn't be in stock till Monday morning . he tells me the feed truck comes on Tuesday night Well this is the third time Ive been lied to at this store, so if they don't want my few thousand dollars I spend in this store I bet somebody else does. Let me just say it wasn't the young ladies fault because she was told by management that there was no corn in back room I heard him as I was standing there waiting and this is same person that has told me they didn't sell a certain product I was looking for that I would have to get this product from vet but went straight to shelf and bought it. Read moreI stopped in this store yesterday for some last minute gifts. I'm a thrifty shopper and I always watch what I'm being charged. I had 3 or 4 items from a 40% off LOWEST MARKED PRICE shelf including a pumpkin candle with a $7.50 price tag. I also had a cap with a regular price of $25 that rang up $30.. None of the 40% off items rang up correctly and at first they refused to give me 40% off the $7.50 candle. The cashier and another employee/cashier/manager? were very frustrated with me for correcting them on the prices!! If you don't wanna sell your items for a discounted price. DON'T put up a sign. Read moreI was able to find exactly what I needed, but the customer service experience was not so great. I was second in line, and the cashier (Tatum) had to wait for an override. I had no problem with that. I did have an issue with the cashier (brown haired girl) who was working next to Tatum, not having anyone in line, looking at me, and didn't offer to check me out in her line. Other customers began walking up to check out, and the other cashier gladly told them she would get them in her line. I asked for the manager on duty(dark haired younger guy) and shared with him what occurred. He apologized, but the apology did not change what happened.
