We came here around 9:10 on a Friday night. Food was amazing and our server Chrystal (sp) was the absolute best! Now the reason for the 1 star. The hostess Angel was the absolute worst employee at a restaurant I’ve talked to/dealt with. Her first words were I can’t guarantee you service as we close in 40 minutes as there were 7 tables visually open. Her reasoning was those three servers have a party of 7-10 and can’t take other tables due to having a party.. then angel says let me get my manager to get approval to sit us. Granted we were a party of 3 1/2 (the 1/2 is our 1 month old baby). I have never in my life had a restaurant employee be so disrespectful and unprofessional as I have tonight with ANGEL. Thank goodness Crystal asked me if everything is ok and I let her know the situation and she went above and beyond to not only seat us but to serve us as well. She apologized numerous times on behalf of their terrible hostess ANGEL. The manager finally came to our table and also apologized and mentioned she was written up. As I am writing this I still can’t believe how ugly the hostess treated my fiancé, 12 year old son, new born baby girl, and my self. I worked at Texas Roadhouse all through college and completely understand if I came in at 10 min til closing but I was there 45min before they close and the hostess had the audacity to say I can’t guarantee you service due them closing in 40 min! Very very disappointed as the hostess is the first person you see when entering your establishment and for her to treat our family and the family that came in right after us is absolutely absurd. Hopefully the restaurant takes the proper necessary steps to rectify the issues before it causes long term issues for the phenomenal restaurant (food wise and Our sever Crystal). I left a $60 tip for Crystal as she is solely the reason we left with our bellies full! Thank you Crystal.

Read moreThis roadhouse type steakhouse seems to have been getting better, but then gets worse again. Always hit or miss at this location. The chili has improved a lot since I started eating here.
The steaks are usually cooked correctly and taste very good. The servers are hit or miss, seems best to eat at the bar, or at least in the bar section for quicker service.
The other floor servers never seem to notice empty drink glasses as theyre very slow to refill them, or empty plates and customers sitting with their coats on ready to go, yet still waiting for the bill to come. So better server training is desperately needed here.
Monday is the only day I have ever been served BBQ ribs that were great tasting, and it must be because Monday is the all you can eat rib day. The rest of the week it seems the ribs are over cooked, tough, wont peel off the bone, etc. So only order ribs on Mondays.
Now next issue, last few Mondays I have been there and ordered all you can eat BBQ ribs it has taken them at between 12-15 minutes (yes, I time them) to bring me the next tiny plate of 3-4 bones of ribs, and even if you put in another order when they set those ribs down, its gonna be 12-15 minute wait again.
Either management tells the servers to do it this way so people will get or feel fuller and not eat as much, or other servers are waiting by the window grabbing any ribs that get put there for their customers and the cooks cant keep up with the demand. But no matter what the issue, its not acceptable.
Besides the rib issues, the steaks, wraps, baked potatoes, free peanuts and bread, mixed veggies, mashed potatoes, are all great to eat.
This roadhouse could be so much better, and I hope it doesn't get worse, as it is a nice place. Just more attentive staff, that knows to refill drinks and bring the bill in a...

Hostess Emma Manager Percilla
Came in and was told it would be a 30-35 minute wait. No problem. There were 4 empty booths. When Emma came to seat us my dad asked can I ask you a question. Emma said yeah. My dad asked why there were empty booths and she said we don’t have servers for over there as she is rolling her eyes. My dad said I’m sorry we are going somewhere else. Emma said well good bye. I then asked to speak to the manager and she said yea sure and rolled her eyes. I then moved into the entrance to the bar area and saw Emma talk to the manager. Then the manager said yea I will be there. The manager was running expo with only on gloves on moving food from plate to plate and removing buns off food to look at them. Then a customer from the bar walked past her and about 4 other servers into the kitchen. Then walked back to the manager and she stopped messing with the food and gave him a hug. Mind you I am STILL waiting to speak with her. Then she came up to the front and so I start telling the manager what had happened. I told her I understand that they don’t have the staff and that was not the problem. The problem is when she (Emma) rolled her eyes and got an attitude. Emma then behind the manager started rolling her eyes again and said I didn’t do any of that and started bobbing her head. I asked her to please don’t do that. She then laughed. The manager then said well she is only 16 I said okay but she is employed here correct? She started laughing. I then asked for her managers number or a corporate number and laughing she said well it’s online. As I was walking out she started laughing again and said well have a good...
