Culver’s — Restaurant in Shelbyville

The food was great and the store and parking lot were very clean. The cashier was very slow at getting guests their numbers several guests including myself were able to walk away after paying without getting numbers. When I walked back towards the counter I was asked what I would like to order by the same cashier that had already taken my order. I said I was waiting for my food since I had only given my name and never was given a number. I was told someone else must have taken it. When my order came out I heard the cashier say that I had a number in the 70s. The employee then walked around twice looking right at me the approached a group who was leaving. I very loudly said 3 times that I am the Philip he was looking for. He never said or did anything and asked again if they were the Philip group. Culver's is my favorite fast food burger place. Real ingredients and bacon! Couple that with a concrete mixer and cheese curds and you have a delicious combo.

The only reason I'm giving less than 5 stars is the following -

At the risk of sounding picky. I have eaten at Culver's around the nation. This particular one struggles with the concrete mixers. They are simply the only ones who do not put the same amount of mix-ins as the others. This was at least the fifth time I have tried at this location. I just finished my concrete mixer and I had more than 10 bites with no candy in them! At other Culver's I might get one bite without candy. First time my husband and I ever visited a Culver's. We are getting one built in our hometown so we wanted to see what the talk was all about . I have the mushroom and swiss (the burger I thought would be bigger ) combo with pretzel bites and a Coke. It was delicious the cheese with the pretzel bites of it had a spicy taste to it would fit better with the bites . Overall 8 out of 10 .... My husband ate the fish combo sandwich meal with pretzel bites and a Coke .( The sodas tasted amazing on both meals)!!!!!! . The fish was very bland no tater sauce nor was offered any .
