Decided to go to this location with my brother in laws to have a good time. We were served by the waitress JoJo. We ordered some shots and noticed that they were significantly small. We said something to JoJo about it and she told us that she isn’t the bartender. We understood that and proceeded to order more shots. The second round of shots was also noticeably small. We said something about it but assumed that maybe that’s jus how they served the drinks. One of my brother in laws recognized a few of his ex teammates at another table and spoke to them. A few minutes later his ex teammates sent a round of shots. We immediately noticed that these shots were significantly larger than the ones we had been receiving from our waitress. When JoJo returned with some more shots we had ordered we informed her that the shots were not acceptable and that the shots we received from the other table/waitress were much larger. She advised that she would inform her manager Lizzy. Lizzy approached us asked what the problem was and we told her what the deal was. We even saved the last round of shots to show her how small they were. She immediately gave us attitude. She proceeded to tell us that the shots were fine and the she had 6 years of bartender experience and that they were 5 SECOND SHOTS. I told her if she can pour a five second shot and it’s the same size as the ones we have then I would apologize. Lizzy left and came back with a bottle and shot glass. She started pouring and wouldn’t you now the 5 SECOND POUR was significantly Lager than our shots. After this EMBARRASSING display I expected Lizzy to be apologetic and at the very least cover our last round, but no. The embarrassed Lizzy gave us more attitude and proceeded to tell us that every pour is different. After that she ran to the bar came back and Topped off the Small shots that we had ordered. She did not become apologetic until I informed her that I will be writing a review on this establishment. I have been going to Twin Peaks for several years. I have never experienced anything like this. This was my first time coming to this location and I don’t think I’ll be back. For the Manager to go out of her way to try and prove us wrong with that Ridiculous display/example was completely uncalled for and embarrassing. If she had approached us with humility and respect there would not have been a problem. We were just trying to have a good time last night. Even after that display we proceeded to order food and drinks. It was disappointing to see a manager behave in that manner. Even after that display she only offered to pay for our appetizer. Once we paid the waitress approached me and asked why I did not leave her a tip. I proceeded to explain to her that I did not appreciate the way we were treated and for you to approach me about it showed me that you were not focused on the experience you were providing. Below is a picture of the FIVE SECOND SHOT that the Manager Lizzy choose to defend. I will not be back to this location. That was embarrassing to watch and it was terrible customer service. Something I have never experienced at a Twin Peaks...
Read moreso if i can give this place a negative star review; id give it a -10!
i came to this establishment to have a nice steak dinner and 1 drink with my husband and i come in; the hostess sweet girl compliments me and asked where we liked to be seated i didn’t really wanna get a table so i asked to sit at the bar; which was open seating! we both found a spot at the bar and barley had been in there 10 mins tried to get the attention of one of the bartenders who is in the pics below was working that night and instead we get greeted by the manager daniela if that’s even her real name and was refused service! it was all based on her observation! i had asked what she meant by that! she couldn’t even explain all she had to say was that the bartender said they didn’t feel comfortable serving us!! so i explained to her my day that i had worked a double shift and had been up since 7 and was tired and all i wanted was a nice meal and drink with my husband and gave her another chance and she still refused! i work at chain restaurant myself and deal with customer service and never have i ever refused service to a customer in all my years of working at a restaurant and never had my manager refused anyone service and we’ve dealt with way difficult customers before! but we were not even being difficult and she couldn’t even give me any logical explanation to why we couldn’t eat or drink there she just wanted us to leave! i just want to know what gives her the right to make that call and she should not be allowed to be manager and refuse paying customers especially since we were gonna get a $26 steak and $20 in drinks! and the bar staff definitely needs some better training! and the establishment definitely needs a new manager preferably a male! also never have i ever been refused service at any restaurant in all my years of living!
if you wanna take a chance on this place it’s up to you! but here’s your heads up! your better off going to the buffalo wild wings...
Read moreStopped in to Twin peaks about 4pm on Saturday. My wife and three kids in tow. Noticed 4 girls standing at the hostess table. At least one on a cell phone but all of them oblivious to the world. After being acknowledged we asked to sit outside. We were told there were no tables available out of the front patio. However other than two other guests all the tables were open. They were however all covered with dishes and empty beer glasses. We were told the back patio was available. So we head to the back and go to sit down. There was trash everywhere. All over the floor and the audio for the baseball game was so loud you had to scream and the person next to you. So I asked if we could instead sit in the front patio and was told it would probably be at least 30-40 mins before somebody would make there way around to the front patio to buss the tables. She did say she could ask the manager to turn down the audio from the baseball game. I instead asked her to ask the manager to wipe off one of the multiple empty tables they had in the patio so we could sit down. After another ten min and walking to front to see the same four girls staring at cell phones and giggling to each other we left. Why do we need four hostesses? Why don’t they put the phone away and clear a table and wipe it down? Where was the manager to manage the multiple employees doing nothing or here’s an idea he could buss a table. They were not busy there was nobody else waiting to be seated. Bottom line… lazy employees, no quality management and no desire to take care of the customer. See the attached photo...
