Who's place is a clean ,fully renovated bar and grill ,the staff are all friendly , the service is great and the food is outstanding ..beer specials and food specials daily ..wings and unique flavored sauces cooked to perfection ..Cheeses steaks loaded , Chicken cheese steaks ,burgers :california style , mushroom swiss ,or with the special who sauce ...have it your way ....taco's ,chili , hot dogs with coney chili or their famous Italian onion sauce (family recipe ) or try K Flo fries or tots ..with mozzarella and bacon ,with ranch dressing drizzled on top..beer battered onion rings ..are incredible ..much more foods i haven't listed .....Looking for a nice clean friendly place to bring your family or party ..stop down they will...

Awesome little place off the beaten path. Ordered takeout twice so far and have not been disappointed. Like others said, the food takes a bit. Remember though, this is one cat in the back making fresh awesomeness. The atmosphere is relaxed, Tara is an excellent barkeep, and the food is delicious. For me, that's a trifecta. Don't miss Who's Place if you're passing through!

Absolutely no doubt about it.... for being in Shenandoah, this place makes you feel so welcomed!!! Tara is such an amazing person with such a great personality that will put a smile on ANYONES face regardless of the day, week, month or year you have had!!!
