Mister B's — Restaurant in Shenango Township

My son and I have been coming here for years and have nothing but good things to say about the business and it's employees. All the employees are great, and the owner is super cool. I have heard many good things about their kitchen, but I personally haven't eaten there before so I can't comment on the food. However, they have a decent selection of alcohol at very fair prices. I also like how you can buy singles of certain drinks, or customize a 6 pack of a variety of different drinks. This location (E. Washington St.) is much smaller than the Mr. B's on Highland Ave., therefore it has a much smaller selection of alcohol than the Highland Ave. restaurant. The place has always been clean and, although I've only used the restroom once or twice, it was also clean. In fairness I can only give it 4 stars because I do like the place for several reasons, but I can't personally comment on the food. That being said, if the food is as good as I've heard it is, it very possibly would get a 5 star rating. If I ever do order food, I'll edit this review and I'll probably be rating it even higher. The bottom line is I'd definitely recommend this place and will continue to patronize it. One last thing, and maybe I'm overthinking it, but I originally was going to rate this place 3 stars since I haven't had their food and can't comment on everything, but then I noticed that a 3 star rating only means that "it's okay", but 4 stars means that "I liked it". My husband and I are visiting our hometown of New Castle, PA. Our first stop is always Mister B's. This is a locally owned small town gem! The owners are warm and friendly and always make us feel like family. They have a wide and diverse menu reflecting the melting pot of cultures in this area- Greek, Italian and American. There is plenty of parking and indoor dining available. I ordered the lamb on the rod meal. It came with tender, slow roasted lamb, banana peppers, lamb sauce, Syrian Bread and rice. This is a restaurant where either you can get your food to go or eat in. You can also play some games while you wait for your food. In my opinion it has a lot of great fried food around in a long time and not really in an unhealthy manner either. The food they have is delicious. They all kinds of good food there from gryo salads to smelts. Me not to fond of smelts from any where. In any form.
