I recently had the pleasure of experiencing AT&T's customer service, and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed with the manager of the store, Hamza. From start to finish, the level of care and attention to detail exhibited by the manager was exceptional.
Upon reaching out to AT&T with a request for iPads for my children, I was greeted by the friendly and knowledgeable manager who took the time to find the best fit for my family and with the most reasonable billing amount that made sense for my family.
What truly sets this AT&T store apart from others is their commitment to customer satisfaction. Hamza explained the billing process, how he was setting up each iPad for my children, and walked me through any questions I had. He took as much time as we needed and truly gave us his undivided attention. This level of proactive communication speaks volumes about their dedication to providing a positive customer experience.
Overall, my experience with AT&T's customer service has been nothing short of outstanding. Their friendly and knowledgeable staff, coupled with their commitment to going above and beyond for their customers, has earned them my utmost respect and admiration. So long story short they where amazing Dre waited on us and it was a hectic order we where there from 4pm- almost 7pm he called the owner who knew what was going on from the other day and he came in 20 minutes to help us too they did everything they could to get us the best deal honestly went above and beyond never did I have customer service like that. They got us the greatest deals if you need new phone service please visit this AT&T. They even put up with my kids! He gave my 5 year old the remote to the tv so she could sit and watch and do whatever she wanted. I was ready to loose my mind but not once did Dre get mad or frustrated tbh we went in on Saturday and those guys where great too I know the one was named Brian not sure of the other one but they did a wonderful job trying to help us but we had to wait 48 hours because it was a new line. I started out with 3 lines ended up leaving with 3 new phones and a Apple Watch and the bill is still way less then we where paying with are old carrier and what we where gonna pay online with AT&T.
