I've only ever ordered take-out from the Cedar Grove Road location.! The Mexican Street Corn is TO DIE FOR! You get, even when it's take-out, a huge bag of fresh tortilla chips with amazing fresh salsas, hot and mild both. However, both times I ordered take out, my order was not precise as to how I ordered it. I ordered Bean and Cheese nachos (no meat) and wanted all other toppings, just sans meat. I received beef and cheese nachos with no other toppings (lettuce, guacamole, tomatoes, etc.) which were ordered for a vegetarian. The other time I ordered Chimichangas and from my understanding, chimichangas are a deep fried burrito-esque dish. The burrito was not fried and I was very disappointed. We’ve been meaning to try this place as it is super close. So, I decided we would try it today. We wanted carry out, so I volunteered to go! I got a seat at the bar to try the margarita and order our take out. As many have stated the staff is fantastic. I had the house margarita and it was solid. Ordered the Fajita Quesadilla, a chile relleno, tamale and Barilla tacos. The quesadilla was great, chile relleno was good, tamale was good, it was chicken and much prefer pork and the tacos were good. This is a time I wish there was a 4.5 star option. I also feel the need to offset Mr. Jimmy 1 star here. For some reason his 1 mile walk was so treacherous, that only Froto Baggins could comprehend the perils he faced. I can only imagine the disappointment on everyone's face, when Jimmy Baggins finally returned to the Shire Race...
