Burrito Loco — Restaurant in Sheridan

I was excited for a Mexican restaurant to be in town, however after trying this place I won't be back. This place is confusing is it trying to be fast food or a restaurant. The food was bland and way overpriced. The music was so loud I couldn't enjoy conversation with the people I was dining with. The cashier spoke absolutely zero English so asking questions about their food was a bit of a gap ( I only understand very little Spanish and speak just as much). Also the furniture in this place reminded me of a swap meet in LA, very tacky and not pleasant.

I have been to places like what they are trying to be and it was fun, food was good and service was outstanding so when I seen them open their doors I was excited but after dining there I lost interest. Maybe these owners need to go experience restaurants like what they are trying to be and see how they run their business ( there is an amazing one in Bullhead City, AZ has the same concept but sooo much better)

The reason why I gave two stars is because during the whole time you're here you are waiting on yourself however right when you get in you're supposed to tell the person at the cash register what you want and you prepay for your food then you wait for your order to be called and you go pick up however there is a tip jar by the cash register as if you're supposed to tip just because you made an order not because you had all of the great things like service tip and I had specifically asked three times if the meat was shredded beef on the street taco and she said yes...

This food is excellent! The flavor of the chicken is unmatched in the area! Carnitas is so authentic it reminded me of the pork that my grandma used to make... the sauces are so good, and there are four to choose from. There are pickled onions that are spiced with habenèro and they are hot, and amazing. The veggies en escabache are perfect, and not over cooked, or too spicy. There are whole pintos available for sel service with any order. If you are still hungry after visiting then you weren't paying attention. I can highly recommend eating here!...
