While friendly enough I was sold the wrong headlight replacement. Specifically stated year make and model and employee looked on computer then took us to headlamps. He showed us several, but again we indicated we wanted the brightest available for that car. He grabbed the lamps- a two pack and we paid and went home. Attempted to change and they are the wrong lights! Went back and store just closed. Knocked. Nothing. Employees leaving saw us there and just kept driving-no care or concern.Now having to drive to Mac to buy another set of replacements so wife can safely drive to work in the morning and then will have to go back to original store tomorrow to get money back. Now dinner for family is delayed too. Lots of hassle that should have avoided by selling the right product...

Jim however at this location, was super helpful and got us the right parts. I haven't always had the best luck at Napa. But any time I have had Jim helping me, I have had great customer service. Turns out you get just 1 for that price and they only had 1 in stock when I needed at least 2. They blamed and belittled the people that made their website instead of owning up to it or trying to make it right. I'm not likely to go back...
