McDonald's — Restaurant in Sheridan

The McDonald's in Sheridan Arkansas is the BEST mcdonald's that I've been to, EVER! Its great! I've had so many issues with other mcdonalds in the past (including waiting 15 minutes for a medium coke and witnessing the manager yelling at the crew in front of customers) but this one is super nice. Fries are always fresh and hot. Food comes out fast and just the way you want it. And the crew is super kind while also being professional.

My experience: My phone app wasn't working but I had a coupon that I really wanted to use. I told the cashier I had the coupon and the guy didn't even blink. He just said okay, great and didn't even ask for it. The other mcdonalds I went to couldn't give me the discount unless the coupon was working. Then I asked how much a cup of ice was and the guy said free. Then gave me the free cup. Another mcdonald's I went to charged me for a cup. I was in the drive thru too and didn't ask for ice or water or anything. Just the cup. At this one, while waiting for my order, it was only about a 3 minutes wait and the guy was asking his crew how long on my order which I thought was super kind. Then the receipt machine wasn't working and he went all the way to the back to print off the receipts. The other mcdonalds I went to just said the machine was down and I couldn't have the receipt.

Overall, it was great. Got my order and everything was correct. Got my discount without needing to show the coupon. The crew was kind and fast. I recommend the McDonald's in Sheridan (kinda beside the Walmart) every time. I always pick mcdonald's to go to when in Sheridan just because this one is top tier. Wish I knew the cashier's name but shout out to him and I hope other mcdonalds take advice. Shout out to management...

We go to this location literally every morning for breakfast, and consistently there is always a problem.

Either we don't get items we ordered, or we get pulled forward and have to wait, before getting our order that has something missing.

It wouldn't bother me so much if this was just every now and then, but it is EVERY SINGLE TIME. It gets really, really old!

We are never the only ones having to go back in because they've forgotten something or messed something up either. There's always someone else waiting inside for their order to get fixed.

Pulling people forward just makes you wait even longer because they're steadily taking more orders while you're still waiting on yours, and then you become last priority on their list because you've already paid and are no longer right in front of them waiting for your order. They seem to forget about you when you pull forward.

When we do get our food, half the time it's not cooked all the way. Especially the McMuffins. They aren't good at all raw, lemme tell you.
