Arby's — Restaurant in Sherwood

We went through the drive-thru. My husband got a large combo with some kind of beef but not a burger, & I got a fish sandwich without a combo; however, my sandwich wasn't ready. We pulled forward to wait for it. When it arrived, it was HOT & smelled delicious which was perfect. It was a bit messy as everything between the bun kept slipping or oozing out with every tasty bite. My husband seemed to enjoy his sandwich & drink. The disappointing part was the fries which were barely warm but must have been hot when put in the bag & cooled as we waited for my fish sandwich. I don't understand why places don't wait for everything to be ready before bagging the order. They can at least wait until it's ready before adding the fries. I wasn't a big Arby's fan, to begin with, &, while the fish sandwich was amazing, I was unimpressed with how Arby's served my husband barely warm (& unsalted) fries. The best part about eating fries are hot & salt, & I'm not a huge fan of salt, but certain things require salt like popcorn, potato chips, cream of wheat, grits, & fries; otherwise, it's a waste of a...

When I made this previous 5 star review, it was five stars.. now it's not.. evertime I go they don't get me my whole order.. no I didn't go back I was already home from a long trip and by the time we realized we didn't have an extra burger the kids had ate them.. I didn't pass them out cause I wasn't eating yet do to babysitting my grandbaby.. now after this, this makes the 5 th time in a roll that they messed up, left hair, did get our order right, and missing food that's paid for.. this time I orders 3 beef and cheese classics, a classic chicken, and a double beef and cheddar... Got all but the double beef and cheddar.. I was hoping it was just a fluke.. but no.. I was the only car in the drive thru.. no one but maybe two people in side ordering.. the drive thru was eating food while working.. it just gone down hill since... I now give this...

Went into the drive thur. Someone (customer 1) was just seconds ahead of me and had just pulled up to the speaker. The guy asked him to wait. No one was in front of him. About 3 minutes and the guy came back telling him to go ahead with his order. After the guy ordered, it was my turn to order. Made my order. Pulled up and waited 5 minutes for customer 1 to get his order. Pulled up to the window and the guy told me the price. I was thinking that sounds to much. Then he ask if I had water? I replied with NO. He then asked me what did I order? So, I told him again. As he started ringing it up. Then he told me it will be a 15 minute wait. Why? I ordered 8 minutes ago?
