Taco Bell — Restaurant in Sherwood

I was met with the worst racism I have ever seen towards myself. Okay first off let me say that I am white my girlfriend is white my mother is White. The three of us walked into this establishment this afternoon. We were not the only white people there. The whole staff of black. Which was fine I thought. Anyway. We place our order in the girl behind the counter kept looking at me weird I don't know that was all right I was going to be okay. so almost 15 minutes. Our order wasn't ready. Several people that at ordered after us had gotten their food and had already left the restaurant with their food. During this time the staff was seen in behind the counter back in the cooking area eating food out of customers packages and then wrapping it up and sending it out two customers. Then my mother asked for her money back because it had been so long. What looked to be a manager couldn't tell he wasn't wearing anything special to see that he was a manager but anyway he give her money back and I order. We threw the order away in the trash can if we walked out the door. Because we heard them asking each other who's order that this specific order was and after seeing them playing with an eating other customers food and treating us as such. The food could not be eaten. Nasty nasty nasty. At least we didn't let them get away with making us pay for it and eating the food after whatever you put on it. the place is nasty the people. the people were nasty. except for the man that turned out to be the manager he was nice and clean and spoke fluent English and could be understood. Came through the drive-thru 10/4/25 around 9:45 p.m. ordered fiesta potatoes, steak grilled cheese burrito, 2 cheesy bean and rice burritos with no jalapeno sauce 2 and fountain drinks. When I pulled my food out the fiesta potatoes were hard as a rock per usual but the kicker was when I took a bite of the cheesy bean and rice burritos and my mouth flooded with jalapeno sauce, so much that I spat it out.i went inside to get my burrito remade and when I walked up to the counter I was greeted by distain full looks from the crew and an eye role from the front counter employee. I asked if I could get it replaced and while waiting for my single burrito I watched as the 3 other crew on line slowly restocked and continued with the order in the drive-thru all the while getting glances from the who I can assume the shift lead almost like he was wondering if I was gone yet. I eventually got fed up with waiting and left. I've gotten to the point of expecting poor service from this taco bell but this is getting ridiculous. Apologies for disrupting your...

After every FAILED attempt at trying to come here and eat, I am repeatedly reminded of why I never want to eat here again if it is after 8:00pm. The employees stand outside smoking blunts. Run inside and make your food real quick, Knowing they probably didn’t even wash their hands. EVERYTIME I come to this location my food is cold, old, and the employees lack any direction. Tonight was my last straw. I go through the drive through and once again the employees are outside smoking. Answer the speaker giggling. Upon ordering I asked for an item to have a Spicy sauce removed. Only to receive all the burritos I ordered to be SMOTHERED in said sauce. I go inside for a remake and they agree.
