I left my Contigo cold beverage aluminum water bottle, Friday morning, 05/11/18, when I had breakfast with a student. Today, I called to see if found; employee Joselyn, answered the phone. She referred me to the store manager as she wasn't working Friday morning, Joselyn instructed me to call back within 10 minutes which I did. Phone rang several times then automated voice system instructed me to leave a "routing pin number." I rechecked the phone number and number was correct. I then attempted to call a few more times wihout any luck. Now, if employees are busy and/or manager not available, why didn't Joslyn let me know instead of telling me to call back??? WHAT mostly angers me, is that i did what she told me and I get an automated voice prohibiting me from leaving any messages or talking-to anyone. It was a block, whereas having no connection. This is so inconsiderate and unprofessional esoecially coming from McDonald's employees, staff or manager. I miss my water bottle and am only iin North Seattle once weekly (Fridays); all I want is someone to just take my message and call back when able too. Joselyn, employee, didn't want to do this.
She wanted me to just call back and when I did, I get nothing! I am so sad as that was a mother's day present and I just want someone to check when they are able too. With McDonald's being a colossal, so-called dynamic fast food chain, you would think they would would have some respect to have a better system for customers who support them, to, at least have a workable phone, or communication set-up in place. That water bottle was sentimental and all i needed was a follow up; instead I get nothing - not had a chance or even a call back, however, Joselyn didn't even want my number. Also, there was no answer when I called back as instructed. Mcdonalds has a very poor phone system that inhibits customers calls as well as inability to leave messages.
Apparently Mcdonalds only cares about money from it's customers; nothing elsee just selfish greed; that was the message, or signal, I got from that store anyway.
Customers are "dust in the wind' to this store, otherwise it's employees would stand behind their words! Customers are not #1. I still need my water bottle thermos,.or, at lesst someone to followup.. Don't ever count...
Read more3/15/2024 UPDATE: So nobody from this establishment ever contacted me despite me specifically asking them to, so it's safe to say that this place does not care about customer satisfaction AT ALL and you would be better off literally throwing your money away instead of spending it here.
2/5/2024 UPDATE: I decided to give this place another try...that was a mistake. I ordered a mobile pickup order, and when I arrived, my order was ready for me to grab. Due to previous bad experiences at this same location, I checked the bag to make sure all the sauces I paid for were in the bag. Wouldn't you know, there were ZERO out of the 7 that should have been there. This place STILL can't seem to master the precise task of putting dipping sauces into bags. I seriously want a member of the management team from this location to contact me, and explain why this location can't seem to include the dipping sauces, it's even mentioned in my previous review from well over a year ago. Are you intentionally trying to rip off your customers? I'm genuinely curious at this point, because by now how can I feel like it's not deliberate?
Once I got my food, I was home within minutes from picking up the bag, and the food was already cold. Fries were cold, burgers cold, nuggets cold. The bag had been clearly sitting there for quite some time before I arrived. At least I had ranch for my cold food, the worker who got the sauces for me was very nice and seemed to be the only employee who remotely cared about customer service, and he's the only good thing I have to say about this place. Seriously, go anywhere else.
OLD REVIEW: Last night was the worst experience I've ever had at this location. I ordered a Double Quarter Pounder and both patties were bright pink in the middle, and when I realized it after the 2nd bite I threw it out because I wasn't in the mood for E. coli. Also, I have no problem paying for extra dipping sauces, but charging me for the 6 I asked for and then only giving me 3 is also pretty infuriating. Read moreI find it hard even to give it one star. I've been hesitant to go to McDonald's recently for personal reasons, and today reaffirmed why. I received the poorest customer service I have received in a long time, anywhere. I ordered a caramel macchiato with extra caramel, a caramel Sunday with extra carame (l love caramel) and a double cheeseburger. I arrived at the window to pay and was told that the machine was down that makes the caramel macchiato. At this point I paid I believe $2.28. the last time I made an order like this is sunday's were a dollar as were the double cheeseburgers so the price seemed correct. I commenced to the pickup window and was handed my caramel Sunday but no cheeseburger. I asked where my cheeseburger was said I had'nt ordered one. At this point I was getting pretty exasperated. I asked when the macchiato machine would be up and running and they said about 12 minutes. I pulled around the corner only to have my Sunday start spilling all over my pants and arm and car. They had put an open top lid on. I returned to the first window because McDonald's has always made good in the past with orders that didn't come out right, not this time. I told the young man at the window why I was disappointed and all I wanted was the cheeseburger and I would be happy. At this point he was replaced by a manager looking guy who rudely told me that I would not be receiving a cheeseburger at any time unless I paid for it. I explained to him that I would have to wear my pants which were sticky and filthy to a meeting in a very short period of time. Of course they didn't seem to care. I believe I will be calling the corporate office to make some kind of complaint and as I'm telling you online right now, I will not be returning to McDonalds, I'll be telling all my friends and acquaintances the same.
