McDonald's — Restaurant in Shreveport

Ordered through app which is usually pretty quick and efficient. This time ordered and waited for 15 min. No food and no aknowlegement I was there. Walked up to door and knocked it was locked. Although the porter had been coming and going through the door for the 15 min I was waiting.Went through drive thru and all lady could say was "pull around.". I asked to speak to the manager. Manager opened window and said, " you got the order with the egg McMuffin?" I said yes and it has been about 20 min. She said no it hasn't been 20 min. I showed her my phone with the time on it when ordered. She still said "no it hasn't been 20 min." Then she said we is short handed. I responded well the porter has been coming and going through the door for the last 20 min. She responded I'm not trying to argue with you sir. To which I replied. I'm not arguing however how was I to know as a guest you are short handed and that I should be the victim of that and wait for 20-30 min for my food. She rolled her eyes and closed the door.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have seen ever in McDonalds. Oh and I have seen some bad ones.

Im going to MD's cause I know what I'm getting. Not that I have high expectations. But at least let the guest know what the situation is or have it deliver a message through the app. Don't just abandon the guest after they have paid and expect they should be ok with it.

Terrible terrible terrible service...

This location is horrible. The people who work the drive thru are so rude. After reading through the other reviews I know it's not just me the workers at the drive thru always say the sauce is in there but it never is I do not even know why they ask what sauce you want at the speaker because they never give it to you. Also, when you check the bag for it and tell them it's not in there they get an attitude and do not even apologize for lying and just hand you the sauce and shut the window while you're saying thank you. I never have issues with McDonalds in TX or any fast food in Texas because they actually care about how they are perceived to others not just as a company but the individuals themselves have integrity and respect and say yes sir, ye ma'am like their is a different vibe completely. Go to the McDonalds in Waskom, TX right outside the LA border and see for yourself how they give napkins, ketchup extra sauce without you asking and tell you have a great day! I think people in LA just are disrespectful because they are unhappy with...

I went inside because the line at the drive through was long. I had to place my order on an electronic board even though someone was standing at the register. There were about 10 people behind the counter and i was the only person inside at first. After a few minutes someone else came in and the lady at the register took her order instead of making her go to the board like she did to me. She got her food and left. I'm still waiting. Then a group people came in. She made the go to the board. They got the food and left. I ask where mine is. She puts my hashbrowns in my bag and calls out what my food is and they finally start making it. She hands me my food and turns around. I say, "excuse me, where are my drinks?" She makes a face and gives me my drinks. 20 minutes after placing my order I finally had it. I get in the car. My wife order the egg white delight. She said it was cold inside. The hashbrowns which have been sitting at the bottom of the back for at least 5 minutes were greasy and cold. HORRIBLE FOOD...
