Honestly probably worst experiences I have ever had. Usually hesitant to come to subway because of prices to begin with but had a coupon mailed to me. I took a picture of it to bring. First I get there and start getting my sandwich made I get told it's extra to add anything to it which it does not state on the coupon only certain specific sandwiches are. But I continue anyways get pretty much done asked how I'm paying i respond with my cars. Well.. card machine is down but there's an ATM next door..so I oblige and go next door and get cash snd get back and they won't accept the coupon bc it won't wcan even though I have it clear as day infront. Nobody and what should have been a 7 dollar sandwich was doubling in price and nothing else Included. Read moreI am so upset about what happened this morning I cant think straight. I eat subway 3 times a week and I've never had an experience like this. First off the 3 employees are so childish and unprofessional that this location is clearly hiring anybody. The big kid overreacted when I asked for a little extra buffalo sauce and literally put the entire bottle on my sandwich after spending a solid 5 minutes arguing with the childish red head. I should have left when I first ordered and the big kid threw a fit that I ordered Italian herb and cheese bread because there was only leftover from night before. Why open the doors if your selection isn't ready? When I showed concern about the sandwich he smarts off that "well u asked for extra buffalo sauce". Read moreOur caravan of four suvs with close to 20 folks pulled in at lunchtime. The sandwich artist was hard at working with the already full line.Ty..the SA never let a sign of worry show. He greeted each of us and made our meals as if we were each the only one there. As our crew made it through the line the doors continuously opened with many more customers filing into the line. Ty never once showed any agitation or sense of being overwhelmed. When asked he stated someone had called out but there's was relief otw. I have worked in the food industry for over 35 years and rarely have I ever seen an employee exhibit the level of professionalism as Ty did today and I hope that Subway acknowledges the awesome employee I had the pleasure of meeting today.
