Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Shreveport

Honestly I wouldn’t give this location a star at all. I’m an delivery driver when I get orders for this location I cringed due to very poor customer service.On March 24th,2021 I received an order at 8:45 pm I arrived at 8:48pm to retrieve the customers order . I was greeted at the drive through speaker and was asked to hold. At least 5 other cars came an couldn’t bare the wait time and left the location,I on the other hand proceeded to wait at the drive through speaker . At approximately 9:20pm another car pulled up behind me. I told the customer I’ve been at the window for over 20 minutes an no one has responded;I also informed the customer I was filling an complaint as we speak. It was at that moment the employee asked what I wanted to order .I then informed the employee I was there for an pick up for Uber Eats. The employee stated ,”We don’t have Uber Eats” and I replied “Yes you do,I have an order for (the customers name)” The employee responded “Ma’am we are getting ready to close “ I responded No ma’am I’ve been waiting at the speaker for over 20 minutes since before 9pm it’s now 9:30pm y’all closed at 10pm “ The employee then told me to pull around to the window and provided the customer’s food. When we first pulled in, we were told they were “in the middle of a shift change” and when we said, “Ok, take your time.” They responded with a very rude, “Uh ma’am we’re not taking your order for 15 minutes because we’re busy with our shift change.” We pulled in a parking spot to wait and saw a lady go through the drive thru and get her order taken immediately. When we pulled back around, we were told they were out of tea, the soda machine was down, and interrupted ordering with loud laughter and the cashier saying, “Sorry haha! We’re in the birthday spirit” and more laughter. When we pulled up to pay, the man in the window asked us for money “for his birthday.” They then tried to make us pay twice because they forgot we payed, and then gave us the WRONG ORDER! Absolute worst experience my wife and I have ever had in a restaurant. I would rate zero stars...

The Popeye's Louisiana kitchen located on Melrose Street in Longview Texas the manager Muhammad was rude argumentative unwilling to meet customers needs or requests and just plain rude I ended up walking out of the store after he began being argumentative and rude with a customer that had already paid for his food and just wanted to know why everyone behind him got their food but he still hadn't got his food instead of him explaining and apologizing he began accusing the customer of not paying for his food and walking out of line before he even placed an order instead of checking to see what was the holdup with the customer's order I then decided not to order anything from that location got in my vehicle and drove back to Shreveport where I placed my order at a...
