This was the worse visit to Taco Bell I've ever experienced in my entire life. From the moment I walked in the store the team members were very rude and just starred at me without even speaking. After sitting down and eating I stepped outside to take a phone call and then came back inside to refill my drink. When I entered into the store everyone of the team members gazed at me angrily without saying a word and then one of the managers asked, "I hope your going to fix our internet", which was highly unacceptable and impolite to say to a customer, especially being that I had no idea what she is talking about. I politely smiled and said "I just came to get a little more soda". Then I was rudely stopped by the GM manager of the store saying "once you step out the door you cant refill your drink", and even after I told her I just stepped outside for a minute to take a phone call", she said, "it doesn't matter once you walk out the door, no refills!". It seems as though she was trying to mock and embarrass me in front of the whole store and I was being discriminated against because of the color of skin or my work uniform. This was a very distasteful experience and the managers on duty working around 3:00pm need a thorough training in customer service.
As for the food....the nacho fries taste like they had been sitting for hours and the burrito supreme was sloppily thrown...
Read moreOk so this would be my 3rd time going into this establishment and making a specification to my order and not getting it. So I went in today (07-26-2019) and waited at the counter a full min and half and watched the manager and crew for drive thru gossip and not even notice me. So I go to the automated cashier and place my order. I then wave over one of the crew members that I would like my chalupa bread FRESH out of the fryer not from the rack and my quesadilla grilled twice PLEASE I tried to be as polite as I can because I have worked at a taco bell and I know the stress but yet and still she said "ok" then went on and announced it to the crew preparing my order. Now I know the stress of having to wait on bread for a customer and not be cleaning your line or prepping steak or rice or whatever. But I WAS THE ONLY CUSTOMER no drive thru nor lobby except the family that was sitting down eatinf already. SO I get my food and I go about my marry way. Get halfway up the road and my bread is soft and cold and my CHICKEN chalupa with extra meat is a single meat beef. So I do the liberty of trying to call and fix it but their phone doesn't work. Read moreThe customer service especially Cynthia at the cash register will blow you away. Every single member of the team greets you with smiles and thank you for eating with them. The building is ultra clean inside and outside including the bathroom. I was there for the lunch crowd it was busy but the line moved very fast I probably waited about 6 minutes and that included waiting in line and waiting for the meal and for Rush Hour that is incredible. It will be a regular stop for me now on my way to the VA hospital in Shreveport Louisiana. If you like Taco Bell food that's good but you will love the people that work there they are fantastic in distant memory or in recent memory I have no memory of customer service like this.
