I would rate this zero if I could. My young son spilled his drink when trying to insert the straw due to the lid straw opening not being cut right. Accidents happen me and my kids immediately started cleaning up. At the table next to us was members of this canes staff; they very quickly made it a scene and loudly proclaimed that the guy behind the counter might need to bring us napkins and then another said nah they’ll need a whole mop too and they all busted out in laughter at my child. He was very embarrassed and was doing his best to clean up the mess a few minutes later a staff member did come to bring napkins but then walked away because another customer approached the counter. Meanwhile the table of staff members next to us is continually making remarks about the spilled drink. Our order came to the counter and they called my name however the table wasn’t completely wiped off for me to be able to put the order down so I kept cleaning up the spilled drink. One of the women at the table then asked another “well are you going to go get their order and bring it to them?” And the other girl said “no I’m not bringing them their order she can get it herself” at a very loud volume. At this point my son starts crying and apologizing because he is very embarrassed and felt that everyone was angry with him. Then I went to the counter and grabbed the food and the girls went up and asked if they could leave for the day which sounds to me like they were berating a child while on the clock at their place of employment. After we got our food sat down at the table we realized in the mess we threw away his cup and I sent him to the counter with some cash to get another while I helped his younger brothers. No replacement was offered which is fine since it was our fault but just added further lack of customer service. The person from the register came by after we started eating and said he was coming to sweep the ice up off of the floor. No mop was brought out and I cleaned the floor the best I could with the napkins. No wet floor sign was placed out and my 7 year old son is in a leg brace and barely able to walk. Due to the wet floor he was slipping quite a bit attempting to stand up from his spot. When I requested to speak with a manager he simply asked what I wanted him to do to fix it today. I let him know there was absolutely nothing he could do to make me leave there a satisfied customer after the way his staff publicly humiliated a woman and her three children while no one said a word to them or stepped in. I have been a customer at this location since it opened and dine there at least once a week. My husband worked at this location for two years and we will never step foot back in this location again. Read moreFood was hot and fresh. Sadly there was an employee there that had friends dining in that were awful. Pouring canes sauce perpousfully on the floor, going and opening salt packets and pouring then all over the floor, going into the bathroom and emptying the soap dispenser on the floor, ect. These were grown adults doing this in front of childre . The male employee was letting them do it and laughing while Kiara (sp?) Was cleaning it all up. When we got the manager and told her about the issues and how Kiara, the sweet girl, was having to clean up instead of the male employee she just laughed at us. Read moreI had the BEST experience here. You can see the difference when people don't dread going to work. The girl in the drivethru was so upbeat and genuinely made me laugh. When I commented to her coworker on how happy she was, she lit up too and said she's always like that. I ended up inside for the bathroom and the front of the store looked and smelled clean even over the chicken. I was greeted immediately by a cook who wouldn't have seen me in the drive through. The bathrooms were immaculate and the staff was busy, but clearly enjoying themselves. 10/10 will be back solely based on the demeanor of the employees and how they appear...
