Two weeks ago I went to this location and ordered two sandwiches with special instructions. Saw a tall white male with glasses putting the sandwiches into the bag but there were no labels to tell me which was which. When I asked him which was the first of the two specialty orders because they were made differently, the worker who I assume was a manager because he had on a gray polo shirt, unwrap the sandwich held it only a couple of inches away from his nose looked at it and wrapped it up again. Before he wrapped it up he let out a short cough. I've been watched him performed the same 2-in from the nose and mouth inspection of the second sandwich along with a short cough. Contacted another manager who happen to be on site and told her my experience. She asked me if I would like to have the food remade I told her no I would come back when it was a different crew.
Fast forward to my return last night, I went in and a young lady who was working behind the counter asked me was I there to pick up or make an order. I told her neither, I was there to replace an order. She called a manager for me and when I told her what it happened on my previous visit she proceeded to make everything herself, but stated loudly to everybody around her that she had to remake a sandwich for me because I stated someone coughed and breathed on my previous sandwiches.
When I received the first sandwiches I said I was going to give them to the homeless but then I thought that's just as disgusting of me to do that so I did it up throwing them in a trash can outside the restaurant. With the second batch when I opened up the sandwiches inside the car it was messily thrown together and the sandwich patty didn't look cooked through all the way, so I ended up disposing of that sandwich as well. We had been waiting for 20 minutes for our order n when we finally received it, MY BURGER BREAD WAS SOGGY AND DRIPPING and I mean Dripping w Butter!!! The Manager did not apologize and all he said was, "Yes, I saw you all there waiting", We look at each other and said Really, that is how you were Trained. We asked for a refund and finally He gave our money back. This was a Horrible experience and Very poor Customer Service, even worst the Manager was standing around and allowing the workers to talk and worst we notice they were not using Gloves when taking people money from the window and at the same time preparing people food. The manager also allowed one worker to pull trash and then go in food prep area and start putting fries in the boxes without washing his hand nor using Gloves!
Whatsburger,, you usually have Great service and your workers usually follow OSHA and hand sanitizer guidelines, but not at your Shreveport, la area off I-20. Please retrain your Manager n staff before they make someone or people very ill and please let's not forget to teach them How to give Good CUSTOMER SERVICE.

This used to be a pleasant location but lately the food quality is piss pore and orders are always messed up. Tonight I ordered online and when I got there the shake machine was down or they was just too sad to prepare it. I called customer service to get a refund and the lady that answered the 1800# was impatient and not professional at all. They need to shut this place down if they keep hiring such low caliber rude employees it won't be long. I will surely be notifying my friends, family, and church members about the low quality service that is offered now. If you value your money and dont want to deal with rude ignorant staff than go some place else. They are unprofessional, lazy and unsanitary. The board of health needs to do a pop up inspection.
