Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Shreveport

Couldn’t wait to get the pretzel pizza for dinner today, I’ve been getting it several times a week it’s so good!! I placed the order on-line and my husband went in to pick it up, he said it was hot and ready, and the workers were friendly but super busy. We live about 35-40 minutes away which felt like an eternity waiting to eat the deliciousness that was in the back seat! Once I got in the house I immediately went to get a slice of pizza and noticed it wasn’t the pretzel dough…so disappointing! We also had stuffed crazy bread and both the pizza and bread were very light colored and doughy. It was clear they had not been cooked liked they usually are. Everything about the pizza was made right other than the crust, it had cheese sauce and salt as if it were the pretzel pizza. I had to put the pizza and the bread in the oven for about 10 minutes to cook it thoroughly and it was good but man I wanted the pretzel dough! I’m not sure why this happened and didn’t want to call and have to wait for them to remake it but I will be checking my order next time before heading home with it!!! I do recommend the pretzel pizza, it’s soooo great, so next time you want pizza for dinner try Little Caesar’s Pretzel Crust Pizza!!! Update: I just had this happen again today! It’s so frustrating getting home and what you ordered isn’t correct. They need to let customers know if they are out of the pretzel dough because we aren’t stupid and throwing salt on your regular dough isn’t fooling us!!! I ordered a deep dish sausage. When.ipicked up order, it was only half the deep dish. I asked the young lady behind counter was this order correct? To which she responded "no. Ill get the rest of ur pizza". She returned to help a new customer with me just standing there. Then she said "oh, itll be five minutes". Still no apology for incorrect order. I waited 5-7 minutes and she returned with the other half of my pizza. I shouldve checked before I left store. Igot home, opened box to see about 12 pieces of sausage thrown ontop.not evenone on.every square. I bite into it and its just cheese and a sausage ball...NO...

We are definitely coming back to this specific location. Me and my bf stopped in at 10:33 pm. I had saw the commercial for the fanceroni and really wanted it. Nick made our experience so pleasant! He’s an honest worker and is very humble. He even said I was too nice lol he wasn’t trying to be rude. I told him I understand what you mean, but you deserve all the compliments.
