Wendy's — Restaurant in Shreveport

Me and my husband went here around 10am. Only about an hour after they opened for the day and we got old tasting cold fries. They tasted like they were cooked the night before and fried again. I ordered the Dave's single he got a baconator. There was no tomatoes or pickles or anything else on my burger. Only a thin piece of lettuce and barely a scrape of lettuce. There was only one piece of meat on mt husbands baconator when there was supppse to be two. The staff didn't greet me or ask how i was. They just took my money gave me the food and slammed the drive thru window shut. This is not the first time I have had this problem. Everytime i go here they either forget to put something in the bag or don't make the food right. I don't know if the workers are high when they make the food or what, but I wont be wasting anymore of my momey here. If someone pays 8$ for a burger they should get 2 pieces of meat not one. I asked for Southwestern Avacado chicken salad got it correct it was okay.

Asked for a 2 for 5 which was a 10 piece nugget and a chicken sandwich. We got a .99 chicken sandwich and two .99 nuggets.

Also asked for 2 Dave singles and only received one.

They overcharged me and never fixed my order correctly. Went inside to get it fixed and the guy behind the counter had an attitude. When asked about it and asked to speak to Manager then Manager got an attitude and throw our money back at us. And said we could keep the other food. Naw ain't no other food that was mine you just messed it up and left off some of my food. What do I look like giving you back the food for you to throw it away then you owe me ALL of my money back not some. The burgers are always good and fresh. However, if you go make sure you check your order before you leave. I usually get the baconator triple. However, on multiple occasions they've gotten the order wrong. Wether it be giving me a baconator single or giving me a regular cheeseburger. Now I check my order before leaving. The first time I went that they got my order wrong I called them and told them that it was wrong. The manager told me to come back and they'd fix it. I told them I had no plan to drive across town today that I'd come tomorrow. They told me to write down the manager name on the receipt and they'd fix it.
