My friend and i came in to get the new Christmas drinks and i saw the iced cookie latte. Latte was key word. I ordered it and the girl gave me a cookie butter cold brew and i thought no biggie ill just ask someone else if i can get the latte i orderd so that girl didnt feel embarrassed. So a tall kinda magenta hair girl came over and asked if she can help i said “yes i orderd the spiced cookie latte” she stares at me and goes “the ice spice drink?” And i thought she miss heard me so i try to say nicely “no the cookie latte” while i point to the sign saying “new spiced cookie latte” and she dosent even turn around to look at what im pointing at to clear it up and goes “no its a sign malfunction its a cookie coldbrew” when the cookie coldbrew was on the other side of the menu. So i decided to compromise and say “okay can i just get some cream and sugar in my drink then?” And every worker in the front gave me and my friend a nasty stare like i just said something horrible. AN ALL-TIME LOW AT THE DRIVE,-THRU!!!
Today I ordered on their mobile app, around dinner time. 2 sandwiches, 2 hash browns, 2 sides bacon, and a coffee.
Got there (not busy) and they gave me just the coffee. "Where's the rest of my order?" I asked. "Sorry, but we threw away the ticket." So I showed them my receipt, still active on my phone.
"Sorry, but we're out of croissants."
"A bagel is fine."
"Sorry, but we're out of bagels."
"How about just toast?"
(Blank stares).
After a long wait, I was handed a bag that contained only HALF my order, but was absolutely stuffed with wadded up napkins to make the bag look full. Seems they were hoping that I would just drive away without checking.
While I've been shorted at the drive thru at other restaurants before, I've never seen a SCAM like that!
Shame on you, Dunkin.

I had to show them that my order was placed and paid to pick up through drive through. It took them a extra 20 minutes till they went to the drive through computer and then realized oh yeah I forgot that orders that are done in the DD app have to go through this computer. Not just that both of my hot beverages were not up to par. The regular hot coffee was warm not hot with caramel flavor they didn't even put the sugar a ask for which was sweet and low oh and they didn't even know why the coffee price to $2.09 when it was supposed to be a $1.00 do to perks on the app then my second coffee was a special coffee called a latte which was the same flavor with caramel with regular sugar. But my latte was more black and it didn't have sugar. Again...
