Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Sidney

This place is outrageous! I went through the drive thru yesterday after work, numerous cars in line. Placed my order and sat there for quite a while waiting on the other cars. Finally get up to the window, and no one came to the window for a good five minutes! I'm just thinking, as anyone would, they were putting my order together, right? WRONG! The guy finally graces me with his presence, and asks me what I had ordered! ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME!!!!! I sat in line all this time, and then sat at the window, and you don't even have my order!!!!! This place is beyond incompetent. Many co-workers have mentioned the horrible customer service they've received, and now I've experienced it first hand as well. As I was sitting at the window, it looked like there was just a bunch of kids goofing around, not bothering with actually DOING THEIR JOBS or anything. I thought it was weird that I never saw the cars ahead of me pay for their food, but they must have done what I did when I received such horrible customer service and just drove away. WHERE ARE THE MANAGERS OF THIS STORE?!?!?! I will never again patronize this place, my time is more valuable than to put up with these employees antics. Doesn't appear that this company understands the only thing they got going for them is they are SUPPOSED to have "HOT & READY" pizza's available for their customers quickly, at a cheap price. My boyfriend placed an order online for our family on Friday and the app gave us 20 minutes for pick up. I was out shopping so I ended up getting there early. They told me at the speaker that it was in the oven. We waited and watched as one employee kept bringing out other order for people that came in after us. When she was looking for someone else she said she didn't have one for us. One hour after our order was placed and 45 minutes of us outside the store waiting...we finally received our order. I told them they should have offered some sort of discount or refund or a free item for them losing our order. This time it was a different person bringing our food. WHAT HAPPENED TO HOT N READY? Went through the Drive Thru at 5:55pm on a Tuesday. Ordered a Pepperoni Deep Dish, a Classic Cheese and an order of Crazy Bread. Had to repeat it three times. Gentleman said he would have my total at the window. He asked again what I ordered. I paid then was told to pull around front and they would bring it out. He still didn't get the Crazy Bread on the order so I went inside waited 5 minutes before someone could ring it up since I had a card. After waiting 15 minutes they brought my pizzas out. I drove home only to find out they gave me a Deep Dish Pepperoni and a Pepperoni Pizza. I called and they made it right by me driving back to Little Ceasars to get the Cheese pizza.
