Feeling Let Down!! First I would like to mention that my wife and I have been customers at this location since they opened for operation and our experience has generally been satisfactory. My wife and I came through the drive-thru to order her favorite White Hot Chocolate and a breakfast snack on what has been the coldest winter morning of the season thus far, and to her dissapointment the lady taking our order mentioned that they were out of White Chocolate and so my wife opted for the regular chocolate. Once at the window to complete our transaction, the familiar lady assisting us handed over the wrong breakfast snack and wrong beverage. I let her know of the discrepancy and she resumed to correct the issue and yet again the simple order was incorrect, causing a little frustration as my wife was heading to work and concerned about being on time. We finally did get the right order and on our way we went. As we proceeded, my wife voiced that this might be a Thursday morning issue to be out of key ingredients because she recollected the same experience the previous week. Of course there are bigger problems in the world I'm sure, but for the business you are in I hope this helps to improve the quality of experience for customers who are loyal to your brand. I work in the retail industry and know that things happen to cause customers to not be happy. However, I also know that they have many other options to take their business to and so I hope you use this information to better your customer experience. I was at the drive through .very windy day high winds I went to pass her my credit card through the window she turned back to register and I had card and straw paper in my hand the wind took the straw paper ...when she went to hand me my iced coffee there wasn't much ice so I ask for more ice please..she then acted very irritated but took my cup and put ice in it..when she handed it to me she said and the next time do not throw your trash on the ground and shut the door in my face before I could explain the wind took it I didn't throw it down .she was rude and had a attitude to begin with and she took it out on the customer and I spend $4.79 a day there almost everyday for my iced coffee with Carmel and vanilla. . Read moreWe're from out of state and stopped here this weekend to get snacks, coffee, and use the bathroom. We waited 35 minutes for three drinks (one coffee, one latte, one fountain drink) and two breakfast sandwiches. With the exception of someone coming for a pickup order, the lobby was completely deserted for the entire time we were waiting. After ordering, no one even acknowledged us, let alone updated us on the status of our food and drinks, until we asked after waiting for 20 minutes. The pastry case was totally stocked with food but when I tried to order a donut, I was told they weren't allowed to sell anything out of the case, so the only pastries they could sell were two types of bagels and two types of donut. I consider myself an extremely patient person, having spent years in my own personal hell working retail and food service with bad pay and rude customers, but the service here was just so bad and so frustrating that I feel people should know what to expect before going and plan accordingly.
