Last review was a 5 star! Started coming here early 2025, almost always great experience. About 2 wks ago, never got onion on hamburger, so asked if they could remake & bring another hamburger out (they were busier than normal when there, didn't want hamburger to be cold waiting on onions....). Lady that brought it out, had just got there (saw her go in), she gave me a look, when she realized no charge....like, I had done something wrong!!!! What was her problem! 10/18/25: Decided to try again, food is usually good, so stopped again. This time gave me wrong size salad, I asked if I could get the toss salad (which is what I ordered), she brought it out, was prepared to pay for it, she said not to worry about it, offered to give the mini size salad back too! So, I drove off down to the park (love to go there to eat & relax). Then opened my sandwich, it had cheese on it, plus have coronary artery disease, which cheese is bad for, (I don't eat cheese on hamburgers, melty so couldn't take it off!). I called them, explaining how this and last visit was....she HUNG UP ON ME!!! Tried to call them right back, they would NOT answer! That is AWFUL customer service!!!!!!! Won't be back! I've always tipped these ladies and been nice to them. She supposedly was going to put the manager on the phone, but came back on herself, so guess it was too much trouble for the manager to talk with a customer. For her to hang up, is the main reason for this review! Poor...
Read moreDon't normally come here from past visit experiences, however, Sidney's quality in amount of restaurants, consistency, pricing leaves a lot to be desired. So I decided to give it another try. 4 Visits in past 2 wks., ordering EXACT same thing ALL 4 visits. 1st x was fine. 2nd visit way to much ketchup on hamburger, plus a price variation (in my favor). 3rd x NEVER had so many onions on a hamburger EVER! Today, I said I want onions just NOT an onion sandwich, got a very tiny slice, again said light on ketchup & mustard, barely visible on sandwich, pickle amount was fair. The jr. hamburger is about the size of a slider. Plus, you feel like you need to tip the nice ladies that come out in any/all weather to bring your food to the speaker. I decided to go back to Wendy's from now on, they may make mistakes from time to time, it is much cheaper, free senior coffee and half cost of a jr. hamburger, plus don't need to tip the drive thru window. I'm also tired of seeing some employees have very dirty looking fingernails, ewwww! I've worked in restaurants, definitely needs to be more monitoring of all areas! I find there also seems to be no monitoring of amounts of toppings, condiments, etc....When I worked in them, there was rules/guidelines to follow, seems like anything goes nowadays! I worked in a Pizza Place and we even had to put an exact number of pepperoni on a pizza!!!! It's sad, no one cares anymore, especially with the...
Read moreI went to this restaurant recently and wanted to share my experience. The food was delicious, and I would go back just for the food. However, I was disappointed with the service. When my group and I approached the counter, the two women working there seemed uninterested in helping us and had a bad attitude. They weren't accommodating when we asked about the menu. One of the women at the register was particularly rude to my grandmother, and I also didn't receive good service when I tried to place my order and ask questions about the menu. The atmosphere at the restaurant was just okay, and it felt like we were being watched as soon as we walked in. However, I did notice one exceptional employee responsible for cleaning the dining area. He was very kind and respectful, and I think he deserves to be recognized as the best employee there.
Despite the poor service, I enjoyed the food. I had the combo number two with fries and a Coke Zero, and I also tried a chocolate and vanilla malt, which was very refreshing. I would consider returning to this restaurant for the food, but I would probably only do takeout due to the disappointing service. I hope the restaurant can improve their employees' attitudes because good service is as essential as good food. Additionally, I noticed a sign in the back of the restaurant that said "The Funhouse," but the employees there didn't seem very happy and looked ready to finish their...
