Beautiful place very sophisticated yet casual at the same time. The 2 men were very sweet in helping me with choosing 4 wines to taste but they also let me sip on some of the other ones they had opened. The Panzanella is a must, it was so delicious definitely for 2 ppl to share because I couldn’t finish it. I tasted all 4 Red wines that was available plus the orange skin contact wine. The red wines were my fav. The guys kept checking on me if I needed anything or how I felt about the wines. They even recommended the gelato which was delicious. Tasted like the ones I had in Rome. I chose the salted caramel and the double chocolate which both complemented each other very well. Even the restroom was so beautiful, clean and had music to listen to while doing your business. Prices were also reasonable. Great time for a girls night, date night, corporate event, or even just casually wine tasting on a Thursday at 3pm like I did. I had the pleasure of dining at AUSTERIA and it was an absolute delight! The Panzanella was incredibly fresh and Delicious - the flavors were perfectly balanced and it was clear that only the highest quality ingredients were used.

But the real showstopper was the Smooth chocolate cake... it was rich, decadent, and utterly divine! The texture was silky smooth and the flavors were deep and intense.

The Great environment only added to the experience - the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the service was top-notch.

Overall, I would highly recommend AUSTERIA to anyone looking for a fantastic dining experience. Can't wait to come back and try more...

My wife and I stopped in there on Saturday and had a wine flight each and I also had a Yellow Jacket bourbon drink. The wine was good, the Yellow Jacket was REALLY good, the atmosphere was pleasant and the staff were nice and friendly. They seem to have a nice selection of wines. We didn't have any food that they offer like cheese or a charcuterie board but they have those available as well and other things to try.
