UPDATE: We've been back several times. The first time I went I forgot my wallet there and the owner called me and made sure I got it back. We have tried many drinks and food items now. My husband loves the shaky beef and the dumplings are really flavorful. The corn dogs are very cheesy and fun to eat. The Mochi Donuts are light and sweet and so pretty! The Avocado banana chai protein shake is one of my hubby's favs for after a workout now. If you like pumpkin try their pumpkin Cheesecake blended drink it's like pumpkin pie as a shake. The Mocha Espresso is really good if you are looking for caffeine and the black boba absorbs the coffee flavor and is an added treat if you like chewy boba. Candace, Gary, and all of the staff have been welcoming, friendly, and always happy to help! Original review: First visit, we've been trying to go for ages but they've always been closed when we're in the area until now. I checked the hours online and it said open but a closer look showed for Sunday opens at 12am. I called ahead and confirmed its an error, they actually open at 12pm (noon) on Sundays. They let me in a few minutes early with the understanding not everything was ready yet. First of all I love the aesthetic of the dining area. Pretty colors, cute decor and chairs, plus Keychain and tiny boba figurines for sale at the counter, super cute. The gal working the counter was nice and helpful, answered my questions and took and prepared my order accurately and efficiently. I tried the tiger matcha creme brule for the first time as it was on the top ten favorites list. I only substituted the tapioca for bursting boba. This was honestly the best tasting milk tea I've ever had. It was creamy, sweet, and flavorful. Perfect for my cheat day treat. If you try it for the first time be prepared that there are chunks of creme Brule in it. It is so good tho. I also got a Taro milk tea for my husband as it's his favorite drink. He has tried it at most places in town that sell boba and he enjoyed this version as well. He said that my drink was better though lol. I like that they have options for level of sweetness and level of ice in the drinks. We will be back to try more flavors and maybe some of their food options. If you like boba and haven't tried them yet I would definitely recommend stopping in.

So our journey began when our daughter asked if we could go get Boba tea. We initially went to the mall and despite the mall still having 4 hours b4 closing, the Boba tea spot there was closed. So we set off to check out the new spot. Located right off of hwy 92. Very quaint tea spot. Customer service provided by Andy was exceptional. There is a awesome selection of drinks and various snacks to choose from. Now parking has the potential to be a nightmare, so be warned. Fair amount of seating. We ordered 4 Boba drinks and each were delicious. Will definitely be returning to this spot. Update 11/12/23 How is this place not packed every time we stop in. Drinks are delicious, those dang Macarons are addictive, staff is wonderful and the environment is rather appealing to sit, relax, hangout and enjoy your order.

OMG THE BEST BOBA IN TOWN. I can’t believe there is such a good boba tea house in a small town like Sierra. I came from CA, and had been drinking boba for years. The drinks here are bomb. Highly recommend if you are a tea person. The milk tea has a good balance between tea and creamy creamer. The boba is soft, especially stay soft even in ice for 1 hour. The casheir was very sweet. She greeted the customers with bright smile that made me feel so welcome and respectful. The staffs are great even yesterday was their grand opening. Anything happened in grand opening are understandable and should be sympathized. Will come back when I’m in this area.

I love boba. I go to a variety of boba places, and this one is okay! However, I have had to ask for my drinks to be remade before because the quality was really weird. Sometimes the matcha is chalky, and I think this might be because I adjust the sugar levels because it is widely sweet and the matchas they use are powders and not authentic matcha. It’s examples like these, but I have (or had) a good relationship with the workers there and I always tip. You would assume I’m causing a scene or something from this, which I am not. In this one instance, I asked for boba and coffee jelly as toppings and it was misunderstood to be boba and lychee jelly. I came in, asked for boba just to be added, generalized it as a misunderstanding where no one was at fault. Instead, the owner pulls me aside after remaking my drink and tells me that I can’t keep doing this and that next time this won’t be allowed or remade right in front of other customers. As a business owner, you’re supposed to abide by the customer is always right. The few instances I’ve had to have my drink remade because I can’t customize the drinks without it being considered, I have always apologized and taken blame and this is not the first time the owner has put the blame on me. However, this was wildly inappropriate. I will not be...

Short Version: GO GIVE THIS PLACE A TRY!!! THE BEST Boba Tea in Southern Arizona! Tonight was my first time visiting this place and I came in with high expectations that were more than EXCEEDED! Coming from Seattle, I had yet to try a Boba place that came close to what I’ve enjoyed in the city. But after trying Beau Tea and The Bites, I finally found a piece of home!

The Drinks I tried: Peach Milk Tea, Mango Slush, and Matcha Milk Tea. Each drink was uniquely sweet & delicious! If you are not into too much sweetness, you can always ask for a lower sugar level!

The Toppings: Tapioca Pearls (Black Boba) & Lychee Jelly Both were excellently prepared and had the perfect consistency and flavor! This is the first Boba shop in AZ that I’ve seen do the tapioca pearls the right way!

The Bites: Eggrolls - Crispy and awesome flavor! Shaky Shaky Beef - Juicy, Tender, Great Taste! Beau Tea Buns - Soft, Savory, Delicious Pork Belly!

The drinks are perfect, the food is delicious, and the owners are so kind and passionate about their quality! As someone who is in the restaurant industry and has been a Boba lover for 5+ years, I cannot rave enough about how great their products are!!! 10/10, 5 Stars, Definitely going back...
