Read morePlaced an order today at 217pm for a 3pm pickup time. Wife goes to get the order and she is told they just got the order then the employee, Cody, gets rude about it, my wife shows him a screenshot saying that 217pm was the order time he kept arguing. So I call for the manager on the phone while my wife waits in the store and Cody answers and tells me he's the manager which he is not, and basically says oh well and blows it off. I later find out that the manager was there his name Emmanuel. Plus they kept losing the orders in the store. Not sure how but whatever. I think it's sad bc I love dominoes. I order several very large orders per month there and about 50% of the time it's either not ready, gets lost somehow, or is nowhere close to right. Try to iron it out with a manager and instead a shift worker poses as the manager, lies about it and blows me off. This is the last of my business they'll ever get. Pizza hut may cost a little extra, but I see that customer service is worth it. Read moreOrder here regularly, I use the Domino's app. Getting reward points are cool. could pay more attention to detail. Last times ordering have been disappointing. Quality,and service have taken a big dive. Have had to use the contact the company link for my dislike for the Quality and service I have received in the last few orders. Pizza 🍕 has gotten to the point of inedible. Everytime I ask for anything out of the normal order, I just don't get it when the first delivery driver shows up. They do send out what is missing, but what happened to the pizza tracker? It says they are checking for Quality. To make sure my order is correct. This has been for my part a misleading statement.
