I don't normal leave a bad review but I am furious at service & treatment we received from your restaurant on more than one occasion. Every time we have ordered recently it has been a horrible experience. It always takes over an hour to get our food. If by chance they do get our order correct, which is not often, it is cold. The person who identified herself as Cindy, said she was the manager. Cindy was very unconcerned that they are giving poor service & sub quality food. Our usual order is around $50 & I always include at least a $5 tip for the delivery driver. We normally order about once a week, but in the future we will be giving our money to Pizza Inn or Domino's. After giving the address of hotel (major chain) because they didnt know where it was, we were told 30 minute wait (normal). We checked on status an hour and fifteen minutes later.
