Tonight my family and I decided to dine in at this location since our power went out due to an outage. The power went out during our beginning stages of cooking dinner. We don't typically go to Arby's very regularly. Weather tonight is snowy and cold. My family is grateful for the service tonight from Rick! I cannot express how attentive he was as well as putting our needs first. By saying this, I don't mean being an order taker and getting our order correct. By this I mean he heard what my daughters, husband and I were ordering and happily said, "let me save you some money!" I appreciated that, more than he knows. Any penny helps for another snowy day. Rick specifically went over to my daughters and asked how their dinner was, then he made his way over to us. Yes, my daughters sat at a two seater table, for a little date together. He put a smile upon our faces and made us feel so welcomed. We thanked him for his service and making our dinner a great one despite the power being out when we returned home. Read moreIts really hard to be truly positive or negative. About every 4th order is wrong. This has been the case for about the last 2 yrs. And its frustrating. By the time I get home open the bag and realize its wrong I get angry. That is my last stop for the day. I don't want to have to drive back after I'm already home. Ordered 2 classic roast beef and 2 crinkle fries. I got 2 of those awful cheese things on an onion bun. I HATE the onion bun I hate that gloppy processed fake cheese and really cant stand the red sauce on the bottom. And both of the crinkle fries were half and half with the gross curly ones and they weren't even warm and no salt. I decided to call and say something and they promised to replace the order. Read moreI have eaten several times a week at this Arby's for the last 20 years. The managers have always been good, but Grace, the current manager is outstanding ! Her assistant manager, Dylon, is similarly dedicated to the customers, and the whole staff, including Angel, Erin, Ryleigh are all wonderful. They work together better than any other fast food staff that I have ever seen. The food is very good, and the dine-in atmosphere is great.
