Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Silver City

MUST READ! If I could give this zero starts I would thats how pissed I was. Keep in mind this is not the first time this has happened with this Dominos, I just always give the benefit of the doubt, never say anything, and stupidly keep going back. I’ll leave pictures below for reference btw. So we ordered a $25 large pizza that had white sauce, chicken, bacon mushrooms, onions, & tomatoes (pizza on the receipt) and received a pizza that was not even close to what we ordered. I mean it was a medium with freaking pepperoni on one half and pepperoni and pineapple on the other half! NOT EVEN REMOTELY CLOSE! So I call the manager because this time I wasn’t gonna keep my mouth shut. I wasn’t rude on the phone even tho I was pretty annoyed, he apologized, said he would send out pizza, and asked if we wanted a free soda for the inconvenience so I said sure. The delivery shows up, the right pizza and no soda. How the HECk do you say your gonna throw something in for the inconvenience and then not actually do it. This is by far the worst experience I have had here. I placed my order online and the money was take out of my account. Then when I called someone answered told me they voided the order and mind u the money has already been taken out of my account and when I got to dominos everybody acted like nobody had answered any calls. Then the guy who helped me didn't know what was going on at all. And I come to find out at the end this is the general manager. WOW I couldn't believe it. I was a manager at del taco for a year since they opened and I made sure my customers were always helped and satisfied. This kid didn't care, didn't want to try and help me which is why I thought maybe he was just a new employee but I just can't believe management in this town anymore. I love their menu items. During Covid-19, they decided that my address which was deliverable for the last 5 years is now 400 feet out of their delivery range. Very disappointed. I decided to try carry out thru the drive thru but the gentleman that was giving me the order gave me one box at a time and would ask after every box, “ is that all your order?”. I tried to stay calm as I replied for the next 6 boxes. I can not trust that this individual is competent enough to follow the hygiene protocol for regular business let alone during covid- guidelines.
