I’m so grossed out. This will be lengthy as I feel every description needs to be painted to have a better understanding. My big back self wanted to get McDonald’s but decided chicken nuggets as the quarter pounders have a lot of heat surrounding them. I ordered, I paid. They asked me to go park and wait for my food so I did. An employee came out and I was in reserve spot 1 and the lady next to me was in 2. The worker handed the lady one of the two bags she was holding. Now she comes up to me and says one spicy chicken and I said oh, nope wrong order. She asked what I had and I told her a number 5 the chicken nuggets. Then I watch on my mirror as the lady in spot 2 is leaving she has a giant mouth full of fries and was sipping it in sauce. The worker flagged her down and explained she gave her the wrong order the lady then took the fries out of her mouth and PLACED THEM BACK IN THE BAG!. The worker hands her the correct order and took the bag back that she just PUT HER FRIES FROM HER MOUTH BACK TO THE BAG SMOTHERED IN RANCH. I know it was ranch because the employee gave me that bag and when I looked inside there was an open ranch and saliva all over the fries that she put back in 🤢. I was completely shocked and super grossed out so I went to drive through because my big back didn’t want to walk inside, that’s why I chose the drive thru. And they told me I had to come in to get the food remade or come in to get refund. I have major social anxiety and begged them to refund me or just remake it through the drive thru. Moral of the story I didn’t get a refund but I did leave with an upset stomach. They cured me being hungry in that moment. All jokes aside, this was so nasty. I didn’t think stuff like this happened...
Read moreI worked for this establishment 2 years ago and the managers of this location were so horrible and rude they non stop screamed at me for the first 2 weeks of working there. Often times they screamed at me when I didnt do anything wrong , they just assumed and when they were corrected , they wouldn't even apologize they would just say "oh". I was a good worker I was fast and tried to do everything right. It wasn't wasn't my first time working at a McDonald's so I already knew how to do most things. So after about 2 weeks of them treating me like trash they finally started to appreciate me and never once apologized for the way they talked to me. I have never been treated so poorly in my entire life. To the morning managers of this locationn: CARMEN , EVA , and the others, I hope you learn how to treat people with respect. Im truly surprised there haven't been any complaints against you as multiple other employees watched you behave in such a disgusting manner. To anyone who lives here and thinks this a suitable place for your children to get their first job here , you should think twice or at least make sure these people are no longer running this location. They are the most disrespectful rude human beings I've ever had...
Read moreWhile we wouldn't normally eat at McDonalds at all, my family and I stopped at this establishment on 8/13/14 on our way home from a camping trip. We had with us 2 federally registered service dogs. Out dogs did not have their vests on, which I was told when registering my daughter's dog was NOT a requirement under the law, although it is advised, specifically for the reasons I am outlining here. The manager on duty asked us to leave because our dogs did not have vests. When I corrected her, she refused to listen, and a patron began to call us names, such as "brainless" and "stupid". While I admit that my family members overreacted in shock at how we were treated, we were totally compliant with the ADA service dog laws. This prejudice against the disabled was totally distasteful, and left my daughter and my niece in tears at the unfairness of it all. So don't bother going to this restaurant if you utilize a service animal. While our dogs didn't have their vests on, we did have their ID papers with us. The manager didn't even want to see them. She just told us to leave. Will never go to this store again, and I urge other disabled people to avoid this...
