The food at this restaurant was delicious, but unfortunately our experience was ruined by the unacceptable behavior of a waitress (young, blonde). My 5-year-old nephew, who is on the autism spectrum at a low level, expressed a brief “NO” with a small shout. As a family, we immediately attended to him, and within seconds he was calm again, happily playing on his tablet.

However, minutes later, this waitress came over and scolded him in a loud and disrespectful tone, going over the authority of his mother and of us as the responsible adults. Who gave her the right to do this? Her reaction was not only unnecessary (everything was already calm), but also showed a complete lack of respect and empathy toward a child with neurodiversity. Her intervention made him nervous, caused him to cry, and left him sad and confused about why he was being reprimanded.

Children are children, and especially those who are still learning social behaviors through love and patience. The waitress showed zero sensitivity and professionalism. If this place does not welcome children or people with neurodiversity, then they should post a sign at the door instead of allowing employees to humiliate and mistreat young customers.

My sister, the child’s mother, ended up crying and feeling deeply frustrated. We reported this to the manager, and the only response was “I’m sorry,” which is completely insufficient given what happened. This was a painful, disrespectful, and...

Ok. I hate to post bad reviews but we just spent $70 on take out dinner and I was sooo disappointed. We live about 15 minutes away and decided to do take out from here instead of sit down. We have ate here several times in the restaurant and it was good. Today I was so disappointed in take out. We ordered 3 different types of sushi which were good. Its sushi shouldnt be to hard. We ordered chicken pad thai (heat level 4 since the kids were going to be eating it). Mixed meats teriyaki fried rice and orange chicken. Ok the pad thai lacked flavor and seemed it was an afterthought and thrown into the box. Hardly no chicken. Same with teriyaki feel like the mall has more flavor than this dish. Very watery. I will say the orange chicken had good flavor but for both orange chicken and fried rice they gave us what looked like an ice cream scoop of rice. I could hold what they gave in the palm of my hand. To pay this much for food and not get the right proportions was...

I absolutely love Thai Cuisine. I've been coming here for years but I'm going to have to find a new Thai restaurant to go to. The food here is excellent, but the portions are just too small. I've been to other restaurants that have small portions, but they've never been small enough to make me complain about it. Unfortunately, I just can't keep it to myself any longer. I always leave hungry and I'm not going to order double portions because that's a little too expensive for just one meal. The lunch portions are the same size as the dinner portions, but dinner obviously costs more.

I can't believe I'm writing this review, but seeing others complain about the portion sizes has made me realize that I'm not alone. If you want good Thai food and you don't mind being hungry when you leave, this is the place for you! But if you're hungry and want to eat a good, filling meal, I'd say go...

I'm from Florida and am visiting family in the area. I was so delighted to hear about a local Thai restaurant and am always skeptical about authenticity, but this place did not disappoint! We were greeted warmly and promptly seated. Our order was taken quickly, and the food was delivered in a timely manner. We ordered Pad Thai and Pad Kee Mao (Drunken Noodles). We were asked our oreferred heat level (I asked for a level 3.) The food was perfect! (See photos!) Pimmy (our server, who I hope forgives me if I spelled her name correctly!) was polite, friendly, and amazingly attentive. She remembered that I preferred 1/2 sweet and 1/2 unsweetened iced tea without being reminded, and my glass was never empty! She is quite an amazing server! She even gave us a few treats when she offered us the bill. Overall, this is definitely a place to visit and return again and again!

BEST THAI FOOD I’VE EVER HAD! 🤩 My partner and I are passing through Simpsonville and wanted some Pad Thai. Stumbled upon this GEM 💎! I called in advance to ask if they offered the Pad Thai Gluten Free. They said not only can we ensure that it is gluten free, it organically is gluten free but to be extra safe I’ll write it on the ticket. ☺️ LOVE TO HEAR THAT being that I have Celiac disease. 🫶🏽 The person who answered was so incredibly nice over the phone and when I walked in to pick the food up they were just as sweet and kind in person. I asked for lime and they don’t typically have lime with the meal but they cut some up for me. 😍 How sweet! The portion size was large (which I love). 10/10 would recommend! #GlutenFree #Celiac
