Casey's Bakery Inc — Restaurant in Sioux Center

Had cupcakes from here years ago and they were delicious! I'm getting married and we wanted to do a cupcake tower and Casey's was number one on our list. We ordered a dozen to test them out before we placed our big order. What a big letdown it was they were dry and the frosting didn't taste right. We threw the whole box away. They weren't worth eating. What a night and day difference between what I had years ago. Not sure what happened but we are finding someone else to do our cupcakes. Don't let the location (in a mall) dissuade you from eating here. It was our first time eating here but had heard rave reviews from family members. They weren't wrong. The staff friendly and helpful in explaining the menu. I ordered the sausage omelette and was delighted with a very light and fluffy egg stuffed full of diced sausage covered in cheese.
