Casey's — Restaurant in Sioux Center

I have been going to this gas station for a while now, but after the last few years, every single gift card I have gotten to this store has already had purchases on it before I even use it myself. I am getting it from a school who gets it from the company. I called the company about every card and they could tell me exactly how much was purchased at what store in what day. My last experience was with a 100$ gift card and I only used 20$ of it and they are telling me that over 132$ have been spent on that card alone. Now I was on the phone with customer service for over a half hour and got passed to 4 different people. Each one could only give me the same information and when I asked how they could fix it they would just repeat their same speech. They are selling cards that have purchases already on them and screwing their customers out of lots of money. Just from my last experience I am out 80$ and that’s just one of the gift cards I argued with them about. I have been faithfully comping here for years but I am fed up with this and will not be going back. This is poor customer service, poor management and overall a horrible corporation. Coffe is great. Store was clean, bright and fresh feeling. The cashier needs lots of better training. We stopped in for coffee after a busy and hard weekend on the farm, we were tired and sluggish. The cashier didn't smile, didn't really say anything until the transaction was done, and then he goes "really? It's only November." And said it very rudely. We didn't realize that he was upset that i had on a snowman holiday tshirt till after we got back to the car! If he can get upset over something as silly as what someone is wearing then perhaps he needs to just work in the back and not see...
