Got to sample several of their IN HOUSE brews and a whiskey of the week. I have to say I really did love the balance in the end results. The stout was exactly what one looks for WITHOUT being too sweet or thick. The Octoberfest was a) classic, exactly what you anticipate and b) intriguing with a fruity aroma that faded softly into the flavors background.
Now I HATE IPA brews usually...to me they all too often taste like the smell of off bug spray. Think I'm lying, go buy a standard IPA six pack of anything. Spray a bit of Off bug spray on your arm note the flavor of the spray even in the air and then take a drink...the resemblance is uncanny..
Ewww....he'll no lmao. But I tried their Blazing Jalapeño pineapple IPA...and it was fricken delicious. Not AT ALL spicy...but you get a subtle yet clearly identifiable jalapeño to offset the sweet pineapple. I'll certainly buy all these...
