If I could give zero stars I would. Our (my co-workers and boss) drive through experience was a little confusing, but in the end we wanted 2 whoppers and a spicy chicken sandwich and three drink. We received 3 drinks and two whoppers. So I run in quick to let Mason know I didn't get my chicken sandwich. He REFUSED to make me one. Because, well, I wish I knew... Now my boss was across the street with the truck using the restroom. And he paid. So he had the receipt. So I decide to buy another one while Mason was just patronizing me? Odd.. so I get it open it, and asked if it was supposed to come with lettuce and tomatoes.. he said no just pickles. So I asked if I could get some. And he refused to give me my pickles and it was the worst interaction I have ever had in any business transaction. I felt harassed and extremely disrespected!! So he wouldn't give me any pickles and kept mocking and disrespecting me and so then I tried to just ask for my money back, which again he refused. I felt so mistreated and utterly disrespected. Read moreSo I went there tonight for a quick meal. Sat in the drive thu (6:20pm) I seriously don't mind waiting, when I made it up to order the intercom and I proceeded to order. Now mind you I don't eat out alot so I ordered the 2 for $10 whopper which I did not realize they did not have anymore. I was rudely explained to me they did not have them anymore. So I continued my order and pulled forward. I made it to the window and went to pay. The kid gave me my debt card back and proceeded to get my food. Then a lady comes up and she like your card was declined. I apologize and she ran it again. She looks up at me and "your card hasn't been activated." I apologize and asked for a second I would go on my app. And activate it. Totally forgot to activate my new card. She had no time to wait a second for me to hit the button on my app. So I left with no food. Went across the street. Hit the button on my phone activated my card and got the BEST service and food from never the less...McDonalds. if you hate your job that bad that you have to be rude to your customers then find a different job.
