Avoid this store! Extended times and wrong orders been happening for over a year. A few days ago I ordered a pizza and wings from the 10th street store. I picked up the order, returned home and noticed the order was missing 2 wings and the pizza was smaller with only 2 topping not the meatza one I ordered. I called the store and reported the problem with the order, the call taker asked me to return to the store and they will remake the pizza. I said i can not wait over an hour for a new one and ill be fine with the pizza they gave me. I told her about the 2 missing wings also and asked if I can be compensated to the cheaper pizza and the missing wings. She asked me to hold on while she talked to a manager. when she returned she apologized for the wait I said your fine it was not that long. She then told me that her manager would not compensate me since two missing wing and the wrong pizza was not a good reason. I felt the person on the phone was very stressed. I told her not to worry its not her fault and she did all she could do to help but the final decision was not up to her. I said her manager should not have put you in this position with all that was going on in the store this night. By this I meant the fighting between employees and upset customers. Has Dominos fallen so far that they don't value their customers. This only cost me a few dollars and is no life changing event by any means but as a customer, I would expect to get what I have paid for. I was told she was new or “in training” which if she is then this is not her fault but she gave me the wrong information when I was calling to bring a pizza back to the store that was made incorrectly. Stephen got upset because I said “maybe she shouldn’t be answering the phones if she still needs training” not meaning it in a bad way just as an fyi because she was giving me the wrong information and he completely blow up and started screaming at me. Again I was simply calling because my pizza was made wrong I offered to pay for a new pizza. Fllimina told me I could not place a order at this time I was confused and wanted to know why so I asked to talk to Stephen was told that they were busy and she hung up on me so I called back he answered and everything was down hill. They told me they had no clue what the number to corporate was and that Stephen was the gm. (Yikes) again simply just wanted my correct ordered I even offered to return the pizza and pay for the new one and was treated very poorly. I won’t be returning. Read moreUse to be a pretty good go-to, about the only pizza my family would eat. Over the course of the past year or so, things have changed both locally, and through the corporate offices it seems. I find myself going there less and less, as incidents such as these are occurring more and more. One incident I had involved a timed for pickup order. I showed on time, and my name was on the board as just being prepared. So, with what appeared to be an understaffed location (appeared only two employees because they let one go home although he said he could stay), one was on prep and the other answering the phone as my pizzas came out the end....or baked at the end...of the machine. Yup, burnt pizza...yummy. The other incident involved the curbside in 2 minutes deal. If they start your timer to bring the pizza out to you, and realize they forgot to make part of your order...did you know they can pause the timer!!!! Not only that, but it looks better on their system if after 10 minutes of being paused, it must automatically claim delivered! By the way, my curbside included me going into the store with 6 other customers huddled in the small lobby. GREAT CURBSIDE SERVICE! So, I never complained to the store manager about these, but did message corporate. Sent them pictures of the burned pizzas and everything, but still haven't heard anything.
