Hardee’s — Restaurant in Sioux Falls Township

I had not been to a Hardee's for a long time since they were out of business where I was at for a long time, so as I was passing through Sioux Falls and drawn to the car show outside, memories of Rise 'N Shine Hardee breakfasts and juicy burgers and fries made me want to stop here..They were pretty busy, lot of activity and I can say this was a stop at a All-American burger joint with much more than I expected...and I was glad I stopped.

I got to talking with a shift manager's mother who had good stories, I hope he got a raise after working 10+ hours...Really good burgers, good atmosphere, there was even a fireplace in the middle of the dining room! I haven't eaten at Hardees for years. The one in our town took a turn for the worst for the last 10 years it was open, now there's a car wash there. So while on vac, my wife wanted to give it a go. We were both not disappointed what's so ever. Other then getting a couple fries instead of the curly fries we ordered, the food was amazing. She had the mushroom and swiss and I had the Monster burger. Kids had chicken. She loved her sandwich and mine brought me back in time 20 years. The smell, taste, and look were all perfect. I soooo wanted a nap after I was done. 10/10 would definitely stop again. 2025, and just stopped there again. The food was just as amazing as the 1st time. I've only completed one other survey and it was for excellent service... this could have gone better. We pulled to the drive up window to hear the front counter person and the cook screaming at each other and dropping the F-word over and over again. To her credit, the front counter lady was holding it together really well when it came to being professional with me and my wife. She was crying but still managed to say please and thank you.
