Little Caesars is every college kids dream. Or if your family is on a budget and all your little munchkins need their pizza fix then this is the place to provide the goods. Who doesn’t want $5.00 pizza? The fact that you can get a very decent pizza for 5 buckaroos in today’s age of tag it and bag it is a pretty decent proposition. You can’t even buy a Whopper or Big Mac meal for that money! The really great part is that if you are by yourself you will rarely eat the entire large pizza by yourself so you have a choice; share with a friend or refrigerate and eat the rest cold tomorrow morning. Yep, LC’s pizza it just as good cold as it is hot! I’ve been to both locations in Sioux Falls and the one on 41st and Minnesota is great right up until its 5:30pm and you are trying to park. The corner is just too small for that kind of volume. It’s like Oprah in spandex! Something is going to spill over!!! (Sorry OW). So except for the parking the value and the pizza is a great deal. Did I mention crazy bread? Don’t even get me started on that! It’s like crack for dough lovers!!! I don’t really care how they make the crazy bread or the cheesy bread, just keep making it! I would suggest trying the marinara sauce for dipping. Before you do though. Slam that baby in the microwave for 15 seconds, stir and enjoy. (Because no one likes cold...
Read moreAwful! Awful awful awful! The kids seemed to be hardly trained for their jobs, looking around hesitantly or just standing waiting for someone else to rescue them from a customer's question. Customer service was ABSOLUTELY non-existent and in fact, I was quite insulted when I paid more for extra everything on my Crazy Bread (4) only to be given normal ones. When the cashier told (what appeared to be) the older kid in the back, he went over to the breadbox, pulled out some bread, then slapped one smack of 'butter' on each (so extra 'butter' on what, two sticks?) and passed the cheese over top before looking at the cashier and asking, with my standing right there in full view, "Did you charge them extra?" Honestly! Obviously I would've had to've paid but then to be given the wrong order, have to wait for it to be corrected, and then be questioned rather than any apology given... No! That's no way to do business. These kids need to be retrained on both how to do their jobs AND customer service, IF they were even trained in the first place. deep breaths I'm sorry. I don't normally go off on employees like this but it was so completely unacceptable, my experience there tonight. Very very...
Read moreI called in an order while pulling into their parking lot. I was reassured that they could make my pizza as requested. When I went in to pickup order first my order was incorrect and then the pizzas wouldn't be made how specified over the phone! Brogan was the manager on duty at the Minnesota location who completely missed missed the mark on applying customer service to rectify this situation! She instead denied being the one I spoke to over the phone and completely threw her team under the bus! A complete waste of my time!! Having managerial skills takes more than just showing up for work, but that's apparently not the case when it comes to Little Caesar's and their unwillingness to cooperate with customers or providing...
