We went at 445p. On a Tuesday. The boy at counter couldn't even answer what kind of toy was in the happy meals. He walked away to find a possible answer and didn't come back for awhile. During this time NO one was at the counter, and a new customer came in and waited without be acknowledged. We placed our orders. But couldn't sit down, because every table in the empty restaurant was dirty. Had to ask three separate someones to clean a table so we could sit. Finally a girl did. We got our first order and the fries we warm and chewing. I returned them for "fresh". As we sat and ate our not quite freshly cooked quarter pounders. (We have had the new quarters freshly cooked and they are GREAT). So these were NOT that. Next to our booth were 2 boys. These boys had been in this booth for quite some time. Come to find out they were being babysat by McDonald's. I got the impression that they were waiting on there older sisters. While we were finishing up a VERY upset driverthru customer came in. Complain that he was on the phone with McDonald's to complain about his very cold food. When the person he was talking asked for the manger to speek with him he over heard that manager say " it's probably someone else complaining I don't feel like dealing with it now.". Then he must of hung up. Because he showed up in the lobby. Short of the story he started cussing and got very upset. And the new customers were backing up at the none attended counter were getting upset. Because of the cussing and the escalation. The manager on duty was more interested in finding who answer the phone, then dealing with the customer's actual complaint. He left incredibly irite. Without new food or compensation or a true apology. Needless to say my family will NOT be returning to this McDonald's. Which is to bad, because it has recently been remodeled and is close to my home. We decided to go next door for our sundaes. Having worked with customer service over 30 years, including managing at McDonald's, I'm very disappointed in the new direction of this...
Read moreI have been to this McDonald's a few times and each time, my experience has been horrendous. If I could rate with 0 stars, I would not hesitate to do so. i have given this location a few tries because my friend is the manager there, but after this last unsatisfactory visit, I will not be returning. A couple of months ago, I had an extremly poor visit and was so upset with the service, that I actually requested a refund. A manager had emailed me apologing for the visit and promised to send me coupons in the mail. I have yet to recieve any coupons.
During my second to last visit, the service wasn't quite as bad but I still wouldn't say that I was satisfied. The staff was not friendly. While I waited for my food, the young staff gossiped very loudly about personal life issues to one another while standing behind the front counter. All of the customers could hear them. I did not look to be the only customer upset.
When ordering my food, I requested that evergthing be made fresh as I always do. I waited 5 to 10 minutes for my food. When I recieved my food, I went to my car. Aftering tasting the fries, they tasted cold-not even like warm. The nuggets were warm, but not hot as if they were fresh. I walked back in and requested a manager. I asked once again for fresh food. The fries this time were hot and fresh, but the nuggets were cold.
On my very last visit, I had gone through the drive through. I ordered Bacon and Cheese McGriddle and Sausage Egg McMuffin with a couple of drinks. I asked for a large water and had been given a small. The diet coke requested was also Sprite. And both sandwiches were made incorrectly and cold to the touch.
I am very dissapointed in this McDonald's. I have given the staff and managememt numerous to redeem themselves but needless to say, I continue to have dissatisfying experiences. I will NOT be returning this loction.
Overall experience: VERY POOR /...
Read moreWalked in the door at 1:45 and left by about 2:30. The floor looked this nasty when we got there and it was still that bad when we left. I ordered by food and had a hard time hearing the kid at the register. I had ordered a cheap burger and two hash browns and a soda. Struggled to find a clean tables. Even the tables that had been cleaned recently still looked a little grimey. Found a table and realized I didn’t have a soda cup, which isn’t a big deal until I realized that my friend that had a separate order didn’t get her. When one of the associates ran to my table they had told me that they had run out of hashbrowns..... not entirely sure how they had done that or if they were just lying because they didn’t want to make any? Either way they substituted the hashbrowns for fries which works in the long run..... but I use the hashbrowns as buns because I can’t eat wheat. The manager hat was running the front end was gross and rude. She allowed one of her stay to come to the kitchen area and start working without making her out her hair up. She also yelled across the front end to the dude that had been running the register for me to pull up his pants and that she didn’t care but they needed to be higher than that.
Look I get things when they are super busy because of lunch rush, but you can tell not a one of them cared. I watched at least four different associates walk around or by the ketchup and didn’t bother to clean it up. The general lack of care has really killed the appearance part of this visit. You can’t tell me that the manager really cares either when she’s just as scruffy looking. The whole staff should be ashamed and their store manager needs to find a different way of doing things.... by far this is the grossest McDonalds I’ve been to in quite...
