I have been a loyal customer of this company for years, spent thousands of dollars here. Never once ever had an issue until yesterday April 30th at 9:20 am with Emma. I get the same exact drink every single time. Everything went like usual, the sweet girl that took my order did her part correctly. When I get to the window they not only did not make my drink right, but were trying to say I needed to pay more again for whip when I added it when ordering and they never said anything but repeated my order back to me. Emma came up to the window with my drink, and I told her that was incorrect not only should it be double blended but it should have whip and Caramel due to that being what I ordered & what was repeated back to me. Starting at that moment her attitude and demeanor immediately changed. She rolled her eyes & told me very rudely “you’ll have to pay extra for that” I told her that it wasn’t my fault because it was already offered at the window, therefore by customer service rules, you go with what the customer says especially if you messed up. She proceeded to talk absolutely disrespectful to me, called me a Karen which I assume is because I look white, so not only was I racially profiled I was screamed at out the window and at the window & completely dehumanized by this Emma (who I never have seen) I asked for the corporate number and the manager didn’t do not one thing to de-escalate the situation at all. I asked the employees name in which she looked at me crazy, rolled her eyes & said verbatim “I ain’t giving you my name KAREN” and slammed the window in my face. Needless to say I will be reporting this business due to the lack of care, professionalism, being racist, and allowing their employees to treat loyal regulars that way. I will be reaching out to an attorney if nothing is done about this. I am very disappointed & will now not spend another dollar in a Scooters establishment...
Read moreI went through the drive-thru at 7:18pm on Sunday evening, 09-14-2025, for a medium roast coffee. Simple order. The gal on the speaker told me that they didn't have any roasted coffee because they had just dumped it out for the night. They are open until at least 8:00pm according to the sign on their window and on their website. They did offer me something with espresso in it, but that's not what I wanted. They are called Scooter's COFFEE. They are in business to sell COFFEE. How is it I couldn't get a simple roasted COFFEE when I came through? This was my second trip by there this evening.
The first trip by there didn't look like they were open because the windows were dark. I couldn't see any lights. Their bright pink OPEN sign was not turned on. I went home and called them to see if they were open. It took several rings before they answered. When they did answer, they said they were still open and would be until 8:15pm. They thanked me for the call. I wonder how many sales they missed because other people thought they were closed?
Frustrated.
I wouldn't even patronize this place, but they are 1/2 block...
Read moreI often go to skooters because they have more sugar free latte options. Well, today we went to get hot drinks on a cold day. Got to the window, ordered my son a large coffee, and myself a medium hot mocha latte with OATMILK. I asked if they had the minty drink in sugar free. Anyway, got to the window and the girl hands me a small coffee, I told them it was wrong. Got the large, great. But didn't think to sip my drink until halfway down the road. So I decided to and I had a minty drink. Well that has milk in it. Lactose intolerant, and sadly suppose to be careful with sugar intake. Anyway, I will eventually go back. Thankfully got the lactaid and took one before drinking. But please, pay more attention. Someone who is allergic could have more problems and end up in...
