When I go to Taco John's this is the one I go to. Last night I went there late, at midnight. I ordered a 6 pack and a lb, and the issue I had was the potato oles. They were cold and dried up, like they were sitting for a long amount of time. What irks me beside the fact that they purposely gave me old stale food was the fact that I was told to pull up ahead because they were putting a fresh batch of potato oles in so there will be a wait. So after they tell me I have to wait for the potato oles to cook, they purposely give me leftover cold ones that should have gone into the trash! What is the deal there? Were the workers irritated that a customer interrupted their down time or something, and they responded by giving a old batch of food? I'm guessing they had a good laugh at my expense, especially after making me wait like I was going to get a fresh batch. Of course, this wasn't found out until after I got home. So thanks for ruining the late dinner for my household. We picked out the few edible ones that were mixed in with all the stale old ones. Those workers were lucky that I didn't want to drag myself back out to drive back there in the middle of the night, but I'm sure that they were...
Read moreIt seemed to be alright. I did not go into this establishment to order food. I noticed the flashing digital advertising board in front of Taco Johns building had been flashing hiring for team/crew members starting at $16.00 per hour since my arrival here or my new relocation to Sioux Falls on October 18th 2023. I filled out online application for employment. I was looking for day shift hours I was told by main general manager that only evening and night shift was was available. So I kindly thanked her and left. I noticed the digital advertising board still reads hiring so I go in to this same location to inquire about what shifts she was hiring for and informed her I was willing to work any shift available. She then tell me she is not hiring for any shift. So I won't be ever going back to Taco Johns to apply myself for EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYMENT!!! WELL NOT BY THAT GENERAL...
Read moreOmg the front cashier service was absolutely fantastic. Just the right amount of friendliness and efficient effort on his part. Made the ordering process a fun part of the dining experience. We got the six pack and a pound which we used to purchase for under 10 dollars. It is a titch more expensive now but I don't care. I love them tators and I think 🤔 the 🌮 both hard and soft are well worth the cost. We added a couple churros as well and a four cheese 🧀 quesidilla. We had enough food for 6 or seven but there were only two of us. Food was served fresh and hot and tasty. No complaints here. I did try the ap to guide feedback to gain access to a free churro but found it too confusing for this older version of my younger self. I live in mesa so whenever I am wandering the upper Midwest a stop to taco 🌮 johns is a must...
