I was excited to try this place. I love Asian food and eat it often. The restaurant appeared clean, and the staff were attentive, helpful, and gave good service. The food was just ok. I love pho, and really appreciate being able to taste the aromatics from the broth. The broth was underwhelming. They did provide a nice assortment of herbs, and even provided cilantro along side the basil. Most restaurants don't provide cilantro anymore, so I was happy to see it and add it to my pho. The portion size was typical for the money paid. I also ordered Thai curry to go so I could try it later. I have never had to doctor up Thai curry before. I had my 21 yo daughter try it and she said it was really bland. We did not feel the portion size of the to go order justified the price paid.
Also, when I got the bill, I was charged an admin fee. What? Is that a thing now? Is that even legal? This was on the bill before I presented my debit card, so I don't think it was a credit card processing fee. I might give them another try in the future. Maybe I caught them...
Read moreworst restaurant experience in a long time. Waited over one hour for our food. Server was not friendly towards my husband who is Vietnamese. He wanted to change his soup order and the server rolled her eyes when I told her. Didn’t offer me chopsticks with my pho. Husband ordered pad see ew and it took way too long. Plus the dish was too sweet, it straight up tasted like bbq sauce. and noodles were not cooked well. We were charged an additional $20 for our meal accidentally, my husband gave a tip before they corrected our bill and they didn’t return it with the change. They didn’t apologize for the mistake, didn’t say anything when we walked out the door. Over all we didn’t feel welcome and the food wasn’t even that great. We will not be...
Read moreReally really good fried rice and I pride my self as a fried rice expert since my parents owned a restaurant for 25 years. The vietnamese spring rolls are okay. Not a fan of cucumbers in a big chunk inside with thick peanut sauce.. Not a lot of sauce either. The spicy beef soup was okay.. the beef is a little dry since the meat wasn't fatty. Atmosphere is a little weird when I went. It was empty at first but without music, it's like sitting there in silence but the restaurant started filling up later. The menu is HUGE so it's a little overwhelming and the waitress has an English barrier so do not try to make any special requests. It might be messed up. BUT that fried y'all. I'm...
