Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Slidell

Terrible service. Use to love this location, but post-pandemic staff (at least the evening shift) is terrible. Extremely rude delivery driver, called my wife a liar about an item that wasn't delivered THREE times in a row. Management was very apathetic and a little rude about the whole situation. When we finally got the food 2 hours later, it was completely the wrong sauce and toppings, and there was obvious pubic hair on the food, I guess because I called and complained that the food I paid for never showed up, with the driver three times. Had to run to the grocery store late at night and grab whatever food the deli had, because I'm not feeding my kids cold hairy pizza. This isn't the first time this location burned me either, but will be the last, they can keep the $10 voucher. I'd have alot more to say but they know where I live haha.

Desperately needs new management, I'm looking if the Hut wants to run a real business, send me an email, 10+ yrs management...

I've been ordering from this location for years and the pizza is always superior to any other location, or pizza option in Slidell. I've never had to wait longer than the online order projected, and the food is always hot, fresh, delicious and made correctly.
