My husband is in town from working in Cali and loves beignets.. I got to PJs 1 hr and twenty minutes before they close as I’m writing this it’s only 6pm and they close at 7.. I asked for an order of 6 beignets to surprise my husband for a treat. My "coffee" tasted like flavored water, I didn't trust the girl behind the counter to make it properly a second time so I didn't even bother asking her to. I get a frozen white hot chocolate with espresso and whip and I’ve never had an issue at both mandeville and hammond locations.
