We were just at this Subway on Brownswitch. When my friend went in the youg boy was on the phone. She waited patiently as he face timed on the phone. She finally got tired of waiting and asked him if he were going to take her order he said he was on the phone and gestured for her to wait. She asked him to get off the phone and he said he was speaking to the OWNER. She said that shouldn't matter he responded by saying he was not going g to take her order at all. So she came out and he followed her and locked the door behind her. This was at 7:50 pm and they dont close until 9pm. He was very unprofessional and rude. We live right next door and will never patronize this place again. They have lost loyal customers. We went to the one at the end of Gause on Military a had a much better experience with Stephanie who was nice and...

My daughter who is five can make a better sub. Employees do way to much playing around, and most certainly should not be arguing with a customer... ...
