The manager needs a lesson on customer service...
I'm posting this review because the manager was so ugly and unprofessional.
This Wendy's food is always fresh when I visit, and the drive-thru staff are pleasant..
But today, my husband and I decided to dine in (had to use the restroom). We ordered our food, and I went to the ladies room. I almost slipped on the floor( water everywhere). The bathroom has a leak under the sink (I can see water dripping while washing my hands). In my mind I'm thinking an elderly person is going to fall.
I get back to the register and asked the young man to speak with your manager.
Soon as I said high, she was ugly ( I'm not sure what happened prior to me, but her disposition was ugly.
I said there's water on the floor in the bathroom, I told her the ladies room, she didn't even let me finish my sentence she walked off while I was still speaking.. The young man at the register not knowing what to say.. Just Horrible!!. I'm wondering what's wrong with her.
She never said I'll take care of it or anything. She walked off... We get our food, it's fresh, we're eating at the table we see her go to the ladies room wth a mop (no bucket), . She never put a sign warning customers the floor was wet..
It's not good for business to treat concerned customers this way.
P.S. Here is proof of time and day, so hopefully, the district manager can give her some sort...
Read moreThe food comes out hot so that’s nice, considering most fast food comes out warm at the best. The reason I am giving this Wendy’s branch three stars is because of the customer service. As a business owner I understand that the employees and the quality of service they offer are the face of the company. The customer service was less than average. Something is usually wrong with the order ie: pickles/mustard on the burger when it was specifically ordered to not have either. I mean how long does it take to assemble a new patty with cheese and lettuce on a bun without mustard? About five seconds.
Thank the Good Lord my son who ordered the burger isn’t allergic to mustard seed! In my case, it was an issue of distaste, but the employees who work in the food service industry need to believe how important of a job they have. Millions upon millions of people on the go eat fast food daily, and millions of those customers have specific food allergies and request these foods to not be included in their order. They don’t order special items because they are picky, they order what they do to avoid having to use their epinephrine pen or an emergency trip in the hospital.
Please keep this in mind when ya’ll are preparing folks...
Read moreGreat and nothing is wrong about this place, but some of the messed up managers they have here. Candace is the best manager that works here, and she's really for all of their customers.
Samantha is the worst manager here, she hates here customers always puts out cold for the customers, and also talks bad about the customers. It's honestly surprising why she still has a job at this establishment. She also constantly messes up all the orders, and gives the customer a hard time about remaking the order.
This wasn't just said from any particular employee but some, I'm not gonna mention any names tho. The customers know, who the bad Managers are also.
Whoever owns this restaurant definitely needs to evaluate their managers better. Employees constantly do leave this place and transfer.
When people like Karon, Faith leave this place to go to another Wendys. That's how bad this overall establishment is, at one point in time tho it used to be a wonderful place.
Still is at times just depends on who...
