Subway — Restaurant in Smithfield Township

Placed an order on the app and when I went in to pick up my order, not all of items were in my bag and I paid for bottled drinks and I was given cups for fountain drinks, when I brought this to Courtney’s attention she got my chips and slammed them in my bag and told me that they don’t do bottled drinks. She said that the app saying that is out of their control and that her bosses would have to take care of it. ordered online through the app and the app messed up our order and was made completely wrong. I called for a refund and the manager said she'll send coupons through the mail for two free sandwiches. it's been over two weeks and still have yet to get them. it doesn't take this long to receive coupons in the mail. Just another disappointing Subway inside a Walmart. Why are they suddenly charging for a soda when I just want water with my meal? It's reasonable to charge 25 cents for a cup of water, not full price. Subway is way overpriced these days, and I don't want to pay for a sugary soda when I am only going to drink...
